MJ didn't own the property, rather, the house was leased for him by concert promoter AEG Live prior to his string of comeback concerts in London. The property was previously listed in 2010 for $23.5 million.

Just last week, rumors where swirling that Ms. Bullock was looking to adopt a sibling for lil' Louis. However, Sandy's rep released the following statement: "She has no plans to adopt at the time."

Perhaps the Blind Side actress will change her mind in the near future! We have a feeling Louis would love that.
