Mischa Barton may not have had any high-paying acting gigs over the past few months, but it looks like she's doing just fine financially!

Mischa and a blonde gal pal were spotted at the bank in Los Angeles yesterday, and after visiting the teller, the actress handed over a wad of hundreds to her friend, who appeared quite distressed. Not only that, but she gave her a very sincere embrace before the ladies left the ATM. Aww, what a great friend!

Although Peter Facinelli and Jennie Garth announced they were ending their marriage of 11 years, both stars want to make it clear that neither of them cheated.

The twosome released the following statement:

“There are rumors out there which are completely untrue and hurtful to our family. We just want to make it very clear – there are no third parties involved."

A few hours after announcing the split, the 38-year-old Twilight star was seen on his motorcycle not wearing his wedding ring.

The couple are parents to daughters Luca, 14, Lola, 9 and Fiona, 5.

Darren Criss has declined an offer to host The X Factor, according to E! Online.

A show insider tells the site:

“They were after him. But there’s no way he could have done it with everything he has going on.”

The 25-year-old Glee star would have replaced Steve Jones, who was fired after the show's first season.

Criss' rep has yet to issue a statement.

As for the judging spots, The X Factor producers are close to nabbing pop star Britney Spears. She was offered $10 million for the spot, however she is reportedly demanding $20 million. Also being considered ... country cutie LeAnn Rimes.
