Emily Maynard’s $3.9 Million Bachelorette pad has just been revealed, and it's defiantly not love shack! After breaking off her engagement to former Bachelor Brad Womack, the blonde stunner is hoping to finally meet her true Prince Charming.

The home is located in Maynard's hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina and boasts a billiard room, gym, ballroom (of course!) and swimming pool, with marble and granite finishings. Emily's 25 suitors will stay in the house's six bedrooms during the show's filming.

Lenny Kravitz is still HOT at 47 years old, as these new pics for Interview magazine prove. The shirtless shots show the rocker in a domestic scene -- apparently cooking up a meal for himself (in what appears to be a low-rent apartment -- is if he lives in a place with a kitchen like that!). But no matter ... he looks hot!

The singer spoke to the mag about his role in the upcoming Hunger Games, in which he plays Cinna, a stylist who dresses Jennifer Lawrence's character in her eccentric attire. Kravitz says of being offered the part by director Gary Ross:

"He said 'Hi, I’m making this movie called The Hunger Games. I think you’d be great. If you want it, you’ve got the part.' No audition. I was really flattered, but I had not read the book. So I downloaded it. I remember I started it late one night and I needed to go to bed—I was tired and had been recording all day and night—but I couldn’t stop reading because I was captured by the story. So I finished the book and called him back and said, “I’d love to do it.'"

He also addressed growing up bi-racial. Kravitz's father, Sy Kravitz, is of Russian Jewish descent and his mother, Roxie Roker, is African-American: "Well, it’s who I am. It’s how I grew up. It’s my parents’ story of being an interracial couple, and everything they went through. It’s also where we are today in America in terms of dealing with this whole racial issue."


He says being bi-racial affected his career in music:

"We’ve moved forward, and there’s an African-American gentleman in office, but now the people who don’t agree with that or don’t like it are showing how they feel. As much as we’ve moved forward, we’re also being pulled back. I’ve always had to deal with being biracial, even in music. When I came on the scene, I’d go to these record labels, and they’d say things like 'Lenny Kravitz. That’s a weird name.' You know, I’m brown-skinned and I’ve got these dreadlocks and I’ve got this Jewish last name. Then I come in with this rock ’n’ roll-oriented music, and it’s not black enough . . . I’ve always had to deal with this black-white thing."

As promised, the adorable boy band will soon be coming out with a new album, and they've officially hit the recording studio to make sweet music together again!

This week Kevin shared some special behind the scenes footage of his bros via Twitter, which featured the former Dsney stars recording a new track.

"We pay attention to it, definitely," Nick tells MTV of the upcoming album. "That's part of your job as an artist, too, is to be aware of what other people are doing. ... We pay attention and have been paying attention just to see where we want to fall. But first we just want to write great songs, and as far as how it sounds, that'll come second."

But Nick warned, "We don't know how long it's going to take us to write this record. It may take a couple weeks, it may take months, it could take years, but we're ready to go on that journey. It's been a while and there has been a lot of growth as individuals and musically as well. We've all gone on our journeys musically. It'll be interesting to see what comes of that."

Dennis Quaid's wife Kimberly Buffington-Quaid has filed for divorce from the actor, after eight years of marriage, TMZ reports.

According to divorce documents filed by the soon-to-be ex Mrs. Quaid, "The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities ... that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation."

There is also a temporary custody order in place, so that both Dennis and Kimberly can split their time with their 4-year-old twins, who nearly died shortly after birth because the medial staff at Cedars-Sinai gave them an accidental overdose of the drug Heparin.

The temporary order also gives Kimberly possession of their main house and the Mercedes, while Quaid will get the Cadillac Escalade and a condo.

The temporary order says, "The parties shall cooperate with one another in using the Range Rover..." and the ex-couple are also ordered not to say anything "vulgar, profane, obscene or indecent" to each other.

Dennis and Kimberly tied the knot in 2004.
