Both Sandra Bullock and Brett Ratner want to set the record straight!

After In Touch ran a story claiming the Oscar-winning actress and the 42-year-old director hooked up after the 2012 Academy Awards, the two issued the following joint statement:

"We think that it's incredibly sad that in these times, this magazine would resort to complete fabrication, solely for financial gain. There is not a shred of accuracy in their story. We have not seen nor spoken to each for over a decade. We both had a great time after the Oscars, just not with each other."

Whew ... glad that's cleared up!

Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and the kids have headed south to the Big Easy ahead of a charity event this Saturday to benefit Pitt's Make It Right foundation.

The Jolie-Pitt kids immediately hit the streets of the French Quarter with their nanny and manny and their adorable pet bulldog Jacques.

Pitt will attend the $1000-per-person "A Night to Make it Right" gala this weekend, which will feature performances by Sheryl Crow, Rihanna and Seal. The foundation -- which has built affordable, eco-friendly housing in New Orleans since Hurricane Katrina wiped out much of the lower 9th ward -- will aim to build 150 homes with proceeds from the event.

Ellen DeGeneres and American Idol judge Randy Jackson will host the evening. DeGeneres is a New Orleans native and has already donated more than $2 million to the foundation.

Nearly one month after Whitney Houston passed away in the bathtub of a Beverly Hilton hotel room, the details of her will have finally been revealed.

According to the documents, which were originally signed in February 1993, Houston has left her entire estate to 19-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina, while Whitney's ex-hubby, Bobby Brown, was left nothing.

Kristina will not only inherit her mom's fortune, but all of her clothing, jewelry, furniture, personal items and cars, which will be put into a trust and given to her in increments when she turns 21 and 25. She'll receive the entire amount when she turns 30.

Meanwhile, Kristina has been receiving a bit of flack from her family for agreeing to appear in her first sit-down interview with Oprah Winfrey so soon after her mom's passing.

"There were members of the family who weren't keen on [the interview] going down at this time," a source tells People. "There are people who just want her to stay out of the limelight for a while. This is a little girl who just needs some time."

The source also says Kristina has always been anxious to peruse a music and acting career and, "has definitely wanted to walk in her parents' footsteps."

Bobbi Kristina's interview is set to air Sunday, March 11 on OWN's Oprah's Next Chapter.

After giving birth to her first son (and third child) Samuel last week, Jennifer Garner was spotted driving around Brentwood on Wednesday. This is the first time we've seen her out in public, and while it's been a little over a week since she was in the delivery room, we can't believe how fast she's bounced back!

Hopefully hubby Ben Affleck is helping out with Violet and Seraphina ... in the weeks prior to their son's birth, it seemed like she was the only one on parenting duty!

William H. Macy and wife Felicity Huffman received a rare double star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Wednesday, making them one of only a distinguished few to take part in a double ceremony.

The couple, who have been married 14 years - which by Hollywood standards is an eternity! - became the second married couple ever to receive their honor on the same day. The Shameless actor and the Desperate Housewives actress have two children together - Sophia, 11, and nine-year-old Georgia.
