Demi Lovato is speaking out about her upcoming documentary, Stay Strong.
The former Disney darling, who addresses her eating disorder issues in the MTV special, opened up on the Today Show regarding why she's decided to go public about her struggles. Demi tells Ann Curry:
“I decided to tell my story because I know there are a lot of young teens out there, girls and boys, that are dealing with the same issues that I’ve been through. If I’m able to use my voice to do good in the world, then I definitely want to do that."
Speaking of using her voice, the 19-year-old songstress also belted out her latest single "Give Your Heart A Break."
The Stay Strong documentary premieres tonight!

Keith Urban's wifey, wearing a gorgeous Erdem pre-fall lace and floral dress, made a fashionable entrance at TOD's Signature Collection launch held at the Embassy of Italy in the City of Light.
We're told guests dined on foie gras and drank champagne. Sounds like a meal fit for an A-lister!

We love Alicia Keys, but this all-black ensemble seems to be hitting all the wrong notes.
The mother of one, who chose to wear a large jewel in the center of her forehead, attended the Chanel Fall-Winter 2012-2013 Ready-To-Wear collection show held at Grand Palais in Paris.
Perhaps Alicia picked up some new threads after the fashion show. Fingers crossed.

The former Baywatch babe, sporting bright red pumps over black tights, went on a shopping spree while visiting the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul, Turkey.
Ms. Anderson, an animal rights activist and PETA supporter, went overseas to shoot a foreign commercial. Looks like Pam is still an international superstar!

Zac Efron appeared on Conan last night, and while he doesn't talk about the infamous red carpet condom incident, he did reveal some secrets from his past. Zac is a self-professed "nerd" who was obsessed with musical theater as a kid, and he admits that he hasn't always been great with the ladies!

Rumer Willis hit the red carpet at the Miami International Film Festival looking gorgeous in a skintight Herve Leger dress while promoting her latest flick The Diary of Preston Plummer.
Now that her mom, Demi Moore, is back from treatment, Rumer is ready to be in the spotlight once again ... moving forward with her career.
During the past few months, Rumer has been constantly by her mother's side in the hopes of getting Moore back on track. The 23-year-old actress was also present during the 911 call that was made after Moore reportedly collapsed from doing whip-its ... gaseous canisters of nitrous oxide often inhaled from whipped cream dispensers. With treatment behind her, let's hope Demi is back on the right track.
