More bad news for the Kardashian clan!

It seems Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian did not achieve their "rock hard" bodies by using QuickTrim diet pills alone, and now some of their fans are filing a $5 million lawsuit to call then out on their false claims.

The Kardashian sisters are featured on just about every product that QuickTrim sells, and the advertisements typically feature “photos of one or more of the Kardashian sisters in a bikini or other revealing attire,” according to the lawsuit filed in NY by Bursor & Fisher.

The diet pills claim to achieve significant weight loss because the main ingredient is caffeine, but according to the suit, "The FDA has determined [caffeine] is not a safe or effective treatment for weight control."

The suit also states that the celebrity sisters' spread lies to the public through commercials, magazines and social media since 2009. Kim once Tweeted, "Our QuickTrim cleanse will be massive! Khloe has already lost so much weight."

The defendants claim they never would have purchased Quicktrim if they had known the truth about the product.

The Kardashian camp has yet to comment.

Expendables 2 co-stars Bruce Willis and Sylvester Stallone took their wives out on a double date at Craig's in Los Angeles.

Willis' 33-year-old pregnant wife Emma Heming looked adorable in her black and white dress while her action star hubby kept it simple in head to toe black.

A picture that features Kris Jenner teaching anything is scary, but Kendall and Kylie took this photo shoot to a whole new level of creepy by channeling the twins from The Shining for America's Next Top Model.

Kris, Kendall and Kylie Jenner serve as celebrity guest judges on this season's ANTM, and they were asked to channel a Toddlers and Tiaras-themed photo shoot with two of the contestants -- but the Jenner "twins" totally stole the spotlight!

The girls are both professional models, so they've definitely got an eye for picking out the winning contestant!

Ben Affleck's son Samuel was born on Tuesday and by the looks of his eyes, the daddy of three hasn't had much sleep.

Wife Jennifer Garner, who is super hands-on with daughters Violet Anne and Seraphina Rose, is no doubt showering her little boy with lots of love. Aww!

Is California’s former first couple headed for a reconciliation?

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver have been attending couples therapy to try and work out their marriage, because apparently the actor has pledged to give up his womanizing ways, sources told The Post.

Shriver is also having a hard time with the thought of divorce because of her strong religious upbringing, and Schwarzenegger is willing to do whatever it takes to keep their marriage in tact.

“Arnold and Maria are having marriage counseling to work through their issues to get back together. Maria is a devout Catholic and doesn’t believe in divorce, but is still struggling with the humiliation she endured by him,” a source tells the post.

Shriver and Arnold tied the not in 1986, but she filed for divorce on July 1 after it was revealed that the Terminator star had an ongoing affair with the family's housekeeper, Mildred “Patty” Baena, and fathered a child out-of-wedlock.

Apparently a mutual friend of the couple is working out business and financial conditions if the couple decided to call off the divorce, and Shriver v. Schwarzenegger has virtually vanished from LA's divorce docket. The former couple's first hearing is set for July 1, 2016.

Nick Cannon is ready to talk about his severe health problems ... as well as why he was hospitalized two months ago for kidney failure.

Mariah Carey's 31-year-old hubby tells People:

"The blood clot thing was probably the scariest because ... I've known people who have passed away from that. I thought I was getting better and then that happened, so that kind of came out of nowhere."

Cannon says the kidney failure was a result of an "autoimmune disease that [doctors] found in my system."

The father of two recently took a break from his NYC radio show due to his medical issues.

Get ready to see Scarlett Johansson in Psycho's infamous shower scene!

The blonde stunner is set to star in Making of Psycho, and she'll take on the role of original scream queen, Janet Leigh, as Hollywood attempts to recreate a behind the scenes look at one of Alfred Hitchcock's most iconic horror films, according to Variety.

Anthony Hopkins has signed on to play Hitchcock, while W.E.'s James D'Arcy will take on the role of Anthony Perkins as the creepy motel owner, Norman Bates. Helen Mirren will also costar as Hitchcock's wife, Alma Reville.

Psycho was originally released in 1960, and was remade in 1998 with Vince Vaughn starring as Bates, while Anne Heche played Leigh.

Sounds like a scream!
