Reese Witherspoon is looking for a new best friend, and only a princess will do!

The Oscar winner stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday, to dish the deets on meeting Princess Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, and how she hopes they can someday become BFFs. Ellen also surprised Witherspoon with her very own Mr. T Chia Pet, to add to her private collection!

Witherspoon confessed to Ellen on meeting Kate:

"Somebody called me and said we’re having a really small fundraiser would you want to come over and meet the Prince and Princess? I was like, Yes. My husband just thought I was so dorky.He was like, why are you so excited? I must of tried on like six outfits. I’m meeting a princess. You don’t understand. You have to be wearing the right outfit and the whole thing. I don’t know maybe we can be friends."

Who wouldn't want to be friends with America's sweetheart?

Reese continued:

"She was really nice. She was lovely. She’s so composed. She seems like such a lady and I think it’s so nice now days to see someone with such nice composure and carries herself so beautifully."

The This Means War star then made a big move, gushing to Kate on national TV: "Call me. Call me anytime."

This could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship!

Jessica Simpson will appear on The Biggest Loser, but we're not going to see her handing out fitness tips -- instead, she's going to invite a lucky contestant to go on a shopping spree with her!

In an episode set to air in mid-March, Jessica will treat a challenge winner and their guest with a visit to her personal showroom to pick out anything they want from her clothing, handbag and skincare lines.

"I was so happy when I was asked to help style two contestants from The Biggest Loser," Simpson tells People. "I am truly inspired by how hard these contestants worked to accomplish their goals for a healthy lifestyle ... It was so much fun seeing the [contestants] try on clothes they would have never fit into before and feeling sexy. We had an amazing day together!"

Julianne Moore is interviewed in the new issue of Capitol File, and the actress chats about her portrayal of Sarah Palin in the upcoming HBO film, Game Change.

Moore tells the mag, “I basically had two months to prepare, so I cleared my schedule of everything, literally. I cleared everything that didn’t involve my family -- I just let go of it and spent all my time doing research. It was total immersion. The trickiest thing is to take all these physical and vocal characteristics and somehow filter the character’s essence through them. And then you personally have to meet them somewhere, too. There’s this melding that has to happen.”

After checking out the trailer, we think Moore nailed the role of Palin, but that doesn't mean she respects her! “She was not qualified to be vice president," Moore says. "She wasn’t a qualified candidate. I think that became quite evident during the campaign. It was so shocking to me when she resigned the governorship of Alaska when the presidential election was over. I was stunned. I just think that shows such an unbelievable lack of interest in the actual governing.” Ouch!

Last night Miley Cyrus paid a visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and the 19-year-old singer/actress performed a cover of Bob Dylan's “You’re Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go”, which is featured on Chimes Of Freedom: Songs Of Bob Dylan Honoring 50 Years of Amnesty International.

Miley brought her puppy Floyd along with her, and yesterday she posted new photos of the adorable husky. "Floyd's getting his first headshots today by @Vijphoto," she tweeted. "All the $ Floyd makes will go to saving other puppies :)" Loves it!

Halle Berry and her beau Olivier Martinez are facing deadly sharks together in the new thriller Dark Tide.

This is the flick in which the two now-engaged stars first hooked up in real life.

In Dark Tide, Halle's shark expert character is approached by a rich man who wants her to take him into the water to swim with the sharks outside the cage. Sounds deep!

The movie hits theaters on March 30.

Not only is she battling baby daddy Gabriel Aubry for custody of their daughter Nahla, but Halle Berry is still laid up with her broken foot!

The 45-year-old actress was snapped leaving a medical center in Encino today, and even though she was photographed without her cast in December and January (the injury reportedly occurred last September when she was in Spain), it seems like she's got a ways to go before she's fully recovered...

Jason Bateman and his wife Amanda are the proud parents to baby girl Maple Sylvie.

Maple, who was born last Friday, is the second daughter for the Horrible Bosses actor and his wife.

The couple has been married for ten years. Their eldest daughter, Francesca Nora, is five years old.

Bateman is set to star opposite Olivia Wilde in the upcoming rom-com The Longest Week.
