Vanessa Hudgens was snapped shopping in Paris yesterday, and the actress showed off her newly cropped 'do as she strutted down the sidewalk. Vanessa lopped several inches off her locks last year for her role in Gimme Shelter, but it seems like she had just gotten to the point where it was grown out again!

The 23-year-old starlet is currently promoting Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, so we're curious to see how she's going to wear her hair for her next red carpet appearance!

Courteney Cox and daughter Coco braved the chilly air together in New York while out enjoying a mother-daughter shopping spree.

The seven-year-old girl, wearing killer black boots, looked thrilled to be hanging with her famous mom in the Big Apple. So sweet!

After Nicole Richie got her morning workout in, she and hubby Joel Madden picked their adorable kids, Harlow and Sparrow, up from school for an outing in sunny LA, on Tuesday afternoon.

The Richie-Madden kids must be very popular at school, because Nicole was overloaded with several bulging bags of Valentines!

This V-Day, the Good Charlotte singer noticed something different about his wife of half a decade; her hairstyle! Richie Tweeted, "hmm, you got bangs I see" -Joel Madden...5 years into our relationship. Happy Valentines Day."

Rihanna was snapped at Scarpetta restaurant in Beverly Hills last night, and the 23-year-old R&B starlet carried a doggie bag on the way out. While we're surprised she wasn't all glammed up, she def didn't forget about V Day! RiRi tweeted, "Happy Valentine's Day!!! What are you gonna do tonight? #makeitnasty."

Speaking of tweets, RiRi's ex Chris Brown recently took to Twitter to address his haters, many of whom have slammed him for winning a Grammy. “HATE ALL U WANT BECUZ I GOT A GRAMMY Now!” Chris wrote. “That’s the ultimate F*** OFF.”

"Strange how we pick and choose who to hate!" he continued, in a series of posts which have now been deleted. "Let me ask u this. Our society is full of rappers (which I listen to) who have sold drugs (poisoning). … But yet we glorify them and imitate everything they do. Then right before the worlds eyes a man shows how he can make a Big mistake and learn from it, but still has to deal with day to day hatred! You guys love to hate!!! But guess what???"

Bobby Brown is speaking out about his daughter Bobbi Kristina who was hospitalized due to anxiety following the death of her mother, Whitney Houston.

The "My Prerogative" singer gave the following statement to ABC News:

"We continue to provide love and support to Bobbi Kristina. She is dealing with the tragedy of her mother’s death and would prefer to do it outside of the public eye. I ask again that our privacy be respected."

Whitney's official cause of death is still unknown, but reports claim Houston was found underwater in the bathtub of her Beverly Hilton hotel room just before 3:30pm Saturday.

Kate Upton may be on the cover of Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Issue, but don't expect the 19-year-old model to be walking the runway for Victoria's Secret anytime soon!

Victoria's Secret's casting director Sophia Neophitou told The New York Times, "We would never use [Ms. Upton for a Victoria's Secret show]," adding that the choice would be "too obvious."

Despite the fact that Upton has reportedly modeled for VS before, Neophitou continues, "She's like a Page 3 girl. She's like a footballer's wife, with the too-blond hair and that kind of face that anyone with enough money can go out and buy."

Looking like a pair of statues straight from Madame Tussauds' wax museum, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt struck a pose at the Cinema for Peace Gala on Monday, which was part of the 62nd Berlin International Film Festival.

Last night Angelina attended the premiere of In the Land of Blood And Honey in Sarajevo, Bosnia, and she was overcome with emotion after receiving a standing ovation from the crowd of 5,000 people. The film, which Jolie wrote and directed, follows a romance between a Serbian soldier and a Bosnian woman during the 1990s war in the region, so obviously this was an issue very close to many of those in the audience.

Jolie said, "To see you receiving it so well means the world to me. I feel so deep for all of you in this country ... I feel very strongly about the film and I believe that its core issue - which is the need for intervention and need for the world to pay attention to atrocities when they are happening - is very, very timely, especially with things that are happening in Syria today ... It is very important that this film is out at this time. If this film points the finger at anybody it is the international community, so I hope it remains a wake-up call for them." Loves it! The 29-year-old country songstress is gearing up for her next album which she'll be recording next month.

Over the weekend, the Grammy-award winning singer performed in Reno ... paying tribute to Whitney Houston with a breathtaking rendition of "I Will Always Love You."
