What a mess before the biggest day of her life!

Meghan Markle's father Thomas will not be walking his daughter down the aisle at the royal wedding this coming Saturday... in fact, he's not even going!

Mr. Markle has opted to skip the ceremony after it was revealed that he set up staged paparazzi photos for a reported $100K. He allegedly doesn't want to cause any more "embarrassment" to the former actress, even though her half-sister Samantha took responsibility for being the mastermind behind the idea. Making matters even worse? He suffered a heart attack just six days ago, TMZ reports.

"I have to say I am entirely the culprit. As we know the media can take very unflattering photographs of people on their casual days and blow it way out of proportion. I said, you know, the world has no idea you’re getting in shape, doing healthy things. They don’t photograph you buying vegetables and PH water. They photograph you as unflattering ways as they can," Samantha confessed on the British talk show Loose Women.

"So I said, really you need to show the world that you’re getting in shape and doing great healthy things. So I suggested it. There’s a lot of scrutiny that it was money motivated, it was not. It was my suggestion that to benefit him and to benefit the royal family that everyone looked good and they depict you as you are – in shape and doing healthy things,” she added.

Prince Harry's soon-to-be bride isn't taking this too well, either!

"Meghan is upset and disturbed by the entire ordeal and just wants to move past it. She doesn’t want to let anything ruin her day and is trying to keep focus on the weekend," a source dished to the mag, noting that she and her father's relationship "has always been strained because of his ill thought-out decisions and his lack of responsibility.”

To have this unfold on the world stage must be mortifying!

UPDATE: Kensington Palace just released a statement basically confirming the sad news.

"This is a deeply personal moment for Ms. Markle in the days before her wedding. She and Prince Harry ask again for understanding and respect to be extended to Mr. Markle in this difficult situation," the statement read.

We hope she's OK!

Melania Trump underwent kidney surgery this morning at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center near Washington, DC, and is expected to be in the hospital for several days as she recovers, multiple outlets report.

No word on what she went under the knife for specifically, but she had a procedure called embolization done, which involves cutting off the blood flow to a particular part of the body. It is typically employed to shrink a tumor or block an aneurism, but the White House referred to the First Lady's problem as "a benign kidney condition" today, so hopefully it's nothing serious!

It remains to be seen whether her President husband will pay her a visit at her bedside, but something tells us she might not want him to!

It was a family affair!

Gwen Stefani brought Blake Shelton along with her to her parents' house to celebrate Mother's Day yesterday, and if this isn't the clearest indication yet that they're in it for the long haul, we don't know what is!

The Oklahoma-born hunk has spoken openly about his love for his girlfriend's children, and it's pretty obvious he's committed to co-parenting with his lady love, despite the fact that they haven't tied the knot.

"At this point in my life, I kind of had put [having kids] as like, ‘Well, that wasn’t meant to be.’ Then all of a sudden it happens one way or another and it’s like, ‘Wow, [I] missed out on a lot.' And so having them around … I don’t even know how to describe it. It’s so much fun,” he recently said on Today.

"For a long time, it was awkward trying to figure out what my place is and in their mind too. The best part for me, selfishly, is discovering a part of myself that I guess I never really knew was in there. It’s definitely an instinct that kind of kicks in. There’s days where you go, ‘Oh my God, when does school start?' An hour later you’re going, ‘God, I can’t wait ’til they get home.' They’re so damn funny. It’s just my first time being around it, and it’s easy to fall in love with those kids. They’re pretty special," he also gushed to People.

We hope they never break up, they are just too adorable together!

Khloe Kardashian celebrated her first Mother's Day with daughter True in Cleveland, and even though she said she felt "so loved" in her social media posts while showing off huge flower arrangements, we have to wonder if she wishes she had been able to spend the holiday with her own mom and sisters?

The Revenge Body star's decision to forgive cheating baby daddy Tristan Thompson hasn't gone over well with the K clan, and now everybody is trying to figure out how to navigate this new situation without alienating Khlo.

“The family is still not happy with Tristan and they have no desire to spend Mothers’ Day with him,” a source dished to People.

"Khloé’s decision to stay with Tristan has definitely caused friction. Her family hasn’t visited her for weeks. It’s been hard for Khloé, but she is doing what she believes is best for her family," the source added.

Kourtney Kardashian took her three kids plus niece North West to dinner in Malibu last night, and the reality star seemed to have no problem juggling all the little ones.

We're slightly surprised she didn't bring boy toy Younes Bendjima, as her ex Scott Disick's lady love Sofia Richie has been spending quality time with the children in recent months.

Speaking of that, the teen model's recent vacay with LD and his brood made her realize she's in no rush to have a baby of her own, which should be good news for Kourt!

"Sofia is already over mommy duty, after just a few days away with Scott and his kids. Even though they have the help of nannies on their spring break trip to Mexico, Sofia is quickly realizing how much work it takes to be a parent," a source dished to Hollywood Life.

So don't count on her following in Kylie Jenner's footsteps!

"She loves Scott’s kids but they are a handful. Sofia may be mature for her age, but she is still really young and is in no way ready to be a mom," the source added.

Earlier in the day, the 39-year-old single mom cuddled the LipKit queen's daughter Stormi, and shared a video of the moment on social media. She is such a cutie pie!
