A giggly Avril Lavigne got sushi with boyfriend Brody Jenner at Koi last night, and despite the reports that they had split earlier this month, it seems as though it really was a bunch of garbage!

A little over a week ago the couple took to Twitter to shoot down the rumors claiming Avril's desire to settle down was what pulled them apart. “It really upsets me to read all the FALSE!! stories," Brody tweeted. "Avril has always been there for me and is the closest person to my heart. I love her.” Avril responded to her man and wrote, "Luv u 2!!!"

Yesterday Kim Kardashian shot an ad campaign for the Kardashian Kollection swimwear line, and not only did the reality TV starlet give us a peek at her newly dyed locks, but she gave us (and the rest of her 12.8 million followers) an eyeful of cleavage. Kim tweeted, "Photo shoot fresh! All about corals for spring swimwear," and she later posted another boob shot snapshot and added, "I dyed my hair lighter yesterday! I'm loving it! New hair color=new beginnings for me. You like?"

And speaking of boobs, Kim has gotten quite a bit of flack for posing topless for the Kardashian Kollection's brand new denim line. We caught up with Kim when she arrived at the gym in Beverly Hills yesterday, and when asked about receiving criticism for showing too much skin, she told X17 photographers, "People are always critical of everything!" Boo hoo!

Emma Roberts and Chord Overstreet are no longer a couple. After nine months of dating, the twosome have called it quits, according to Just Jared.

A source tells JJ:

“They’re just on two different paths in life. They just grew apart and decided to part ways.”

Just recently, Chord hit the red carpet at the SAG Awards without Roberts ... sparking rumors that the two had gone their separate ways.

The last time the former couple were seen together was at the Golden Globes after-parties last month.

Roberts and Overstreet went public with their relationship at last year's Coachella Music Festival.

Reps for both stars have yet to issue a statement.

Next year's The X Factor will be looking a bit different ... now that Paula Abdul, Nicole Scherzinger and host Steve Jones have been given the boot.

The three show regulars have been fired, according to The Wrap.

A source tells the site:

"They expected Paula to be the goofy girl, and Nicole to be the pretty one. But Paula was so bad that it made none of it work."

The site adds that Executive Producer Simon Cowell wanted to make "a clean sweep" and will now be looking for new talent to replace the three.

"They survived this year, but it didn’t really work. So they’ve figured they have an opportunity to fix it.

Fox has confirmed that the former Pussycat Dolls singer and Jones have, indeed, left the show. However, the network has yet to confirm Abdul's departure.

The X Factor's September debut was watched by 12.49 million viewers. Simon Cowell claimed The X Factor would beat Idol in the ratings, however the show failed to achieve that goal.

In other news, Miss Hilton is gearing up to re-launch her music career this year, and she's recording her new album with none other than Snoop Dogg!

The sexy socialite tells Page Six, "I'm doing my new album, and Afrojack is actually executive-producing the entire thing. There are a lot of very cool collaborations on my album. It should be out in the next few months. We just finished doing my single with Lmfao, then I'm recording with Snoop Dogg."

After causing much controversy in the gay community over her recent "gay by choice" remark to the New York Times, Cynthia Nixon is ready to set the record straight on what she really meant to say about her bisexuality.

The Sex and the City star, who left her ex-boyfriend of 15 years for education activist Christine Marinoni in 2004, told The Advocate on Monday:

"My recent comments in The New York Times were about me and my personal story of being gay. I believe we all have different ways we came to the gay community and we can't and shouldn't be pigeon-holed into one cultural narrative which can be uninclusive and disempowering. However, to the extent that anyone wishes to interpret my words in a strictly legal context I would like to clarify: While I don't often use the word, the technically precise term for my orientation is bisexual."

The Golden Globe winning actress went on to say that she believes bisexuality is "not a choice" but "a fact" and she has "chosen" to be in a gay relationship with her partner because, "for me it's a choice, and you don't get to define my gayness for me."

The LGBT community believes that sexual orientation is not something that can be chosen, but is instead inherited at birth.

Cynthia added, "In terms of sexual orientation, I don't really feel I've changed...I'm just a woman in love with another woman. I think for gay people who feel 100 percent gay, it doesn't make any sense. And for straight people who feel 100 percent straight, it doesn't make any sense."

Picking up some last-minute items before jetting off to New York for Fashion Week, Rachel Zoe looked chic in an all-black ensemble paired with sky high heels, as she treated son Skyler to a fun-filled day of makeup shopping in Beverly Hills, on Monday afternoon.
