Halle Berry isn't letting court drama with her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry get in the way of spending quality time with daughter Nahla and beau Olivier Martinez.
The threesome hit the beach in Malibu to soak in the sun and play in the sand. Nahla is having a blast swinging on a tire with Olivier looking on. So sweet!
The Oscar-winning actress, sporting a heavily decorated cast, seemed to be in great spirits despite her foot injury.
This morning, Berry will find out if Aubry will be forced to stay away from their daughter after the couple's nanny filed
charges against him claiming the model shoved her and screamed racial slurs while she was holding the 3-year-old little girl.

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are two of the coolest parents in Hollywood!
The No Doubt singer and her rocker hubby took sons Kingston and Zuma to Trout Dale in Agoura Hills for some afternoon fishing. Gwen really seems to be into it ... and through it all, she still manages to look flawless.
Looks like Kingston reeled in the catch of the day!
After looking as if she was sporting a
bump earlier this weekend, Gwen is also asked if she's expecting in the video below.

Angelina Jolie oozed sex appeal in a low cut 70s-inspired Jenny Packham gown, paired with House of Lavande jewels, Gucci shoes, and a matching Louis Vuitton clutch, while Brad Pitt looked dapper in a Balenciaga by Nicolas Ghesquiere tuxedo, at the Shrine Auditorium in LA, on Sunday.
Pitt is nominated this year for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role, for his work in
Moneyball, and proud partner Angie gushed to reporters while on the red carpet, “I'm extremely proud. I know what he does to balance his work and [personal life]. I know how hard he works to be getting this recognition.â€
Unfortunately Jean Dujardin took home the Outstaring Actor Award tonight for his role in
The Artist, but your're still a winner in our eyes, Brad!

The Help, a film about housekeepers in a Mississippi town during the 1960s took top honors at the Screen Actors Guild Awards Sunday night in Los Angeles.
Viola Davis won in the Best Actress category; Octavia Spence picked up the prize for Best Supporting Actress and the film won the award for Best Cast Ensemble.
French actor Jean Dujardin won the prize for Best Actor in a Film for his lead role in
The Artist, which is considered a frontrunner for the Oscars.
The SAG Awards seem to set up some major competition for the Academy Awards on Feb 26. The Golden Globes chose audience and critics' favorites
The Artist as Best Comedy/Musical and George Clooney vehicle
The Descendants as Best Drama. Meryl Street won Best Actress in a Drama for her role as Margaret Thatcher in
The Iron Lady, while Clooney won for
The Descendants.
The Help was nominated in multiple categories but passed over in all but Best Supporting Actress for Octavia Spencer.
This year's Oscar race is going to be an exciting one. Get out and campaign, y'all!
