David Beckham has reportedly filed an appeal in his $25 million dollar lawsuit against In Touch Weekly and Irma Nici, a Bosnian prostitute who claimed to have a series of sexual encounters with the soccer star for $10,000 cash in London and New York back in 2007.

Beckham's lawsuit was previously dismissed in a California federal court after the judge ruled that the gossip mag's 2010 article was in the public interest, and wasn't libelous. Beckham's legal team has filed a lengthy appeal asking that the suit against be re-instated because the publisher "did not produce critical documents or evidence related to its internet 'research' concerning Beckham. Notably, it never produced documents by which it claimed confirmed Beckham's whereabouts during the time periods in question."

Police questioned Pitt's bodyguard on Wednesday, after a human head in a plastic bag and a severed hand were found in Bronson Canyon Park, which not only happens to be down the street from the A-lister's house, but a place in which the Jolie-Pitt kids frequently play.

The remaining body parts have not yet been found, but police will uncover the man's identify using fingerprints and dental records. Maybe it's time to move?

The Beckham family has a lot to be happy about, because David has just renewed his contract with the LA Galaxy!

The doting dad couldn't stop smiling as he goofed off with boys Brooklyn and Romeo, while watching son Cruz's Karate practice in Beverly Hills, on Wednesday night. Beckham clearly has a close relationship with his fam, which is why he decided to turn down a $12 million-a-year contact to play soccer in France, and keep the family settled in LA.

He said in a statement on Wednesday, after renewing the contract:

“This was an important decision for me. I had many offers from clubs from around the world, however, I’m still passionate about playing in America and winning trophies with the Galaxy. I’ve seen first hand how popular soccer is now in the States and I’m as committed as ever to growing the game here. My family and I are incredibly happy and settled in America and we look forward to spending many more years here.”

Sounds like Harper Beckham will be a true California girl!
