Justin Bieber doesn't officially become an adult for a few months, but it hasn't stopped the teen sensation from talking about drug, swearing and "making love" in the latest issue of V Magazine.

Biebs, who turns 18 on March 1, tells the mag:

"I don't want to start singing about things like sex, drugs and swearing. I'm into love, and maybe I'll get more into making love when I'm older. But I want to be someone who is respected by everybody."

Selena Gomez's boyfriend says "people need to know I'm not a kid anymore." After seeing Biebs and Selena's very public PDA, we get that.

As for the haters out there, Biebs adds:

"When I was coming up, trying to get to where I am now, people were so happy for me. They were rooting for me. Now that I'm on top, everyone wants to bring me down. Everyone's trying to tug at me and take my spot. A lot of people say they hate Justin Bieber who haven't even listened to my music. They just hate the idea of me."

You'd think Kim K would have a "professional" on hand to wash her white $300,000 Rolls Royce, but the reality star pulled the expensive ride into a regular old car wash in LA on Monday, just like the rest of us!

Looking picture perfect in a pair of knee-high Christian Louboutins, and matching black Hermès Birkin bag, Kim Kardashian literally stopped traffic at the Handy Wash, where she stopped before later heading to shoot her role in the Tim Allen comedy, The Last Man Standing.

Kim's episode is expected to air in February, and she's playing herself, but she still has a lot of lines to rehearse! The budding actress Tweeted Monday: "Up early studying my lines! This is gonna be a fun day on set. Can't wait for you to see this episode #LastManStanding."

The episode reportedly centers on a reality TV-obsessed character who randomly bumps into Kim, and gets uncontrollably excited. Love it!

What appears to be an alien phoning home, is actually just Lady Gaga in one of her many eccentric-chic ensembles, heading to an NYE celebration with her new beau after performing in NYC's Time Square at midnight.

Gaga donned pure white to welcome 2012, choosing a Stephane Rolland Fall 2010 Couture mini dress with a matching white cape, white Christian Louboutin 'Daffodile' pumps and a string of pearls for her New Year's after-party, which included a rowdy private celebration for A-list friends at her NYC restaurant, Joanne's.

It's recently been reported that Gaga is planning to move in with the Vampire Diaries star, and the pair were even spotted checking out posh pads in and around her native New York, and Pennsylvania.

The singer, who usually keeps her love life under wraps, met Kinney on the set of her You and I music video (he played her love interest!) and they've been inseparable ever since.

There will be no awkward run-ins for recent exes Katy Perry and Russell Brand at the People's Choice Awards this Wednesday!

The "Teenage Dream" singer, who is up for seven nominations this year, suddenly pulled out of the January 11 awards show on Monday, confessing via Twitter:

"Unfortunately I will not be able to attend the People's Choice Awards. I want to thank u all for voting for me, fingers crossed! #KATYCATS."

Perry originally confirmed that she would attend the 28th annual PCAs a few days prior, but then abruptly changed her mind on Monday.

The singer broke her silence on her divorce over Twitter just one day earlier, expressing, "I am so grateful for all the love and support I've had from people around the world. You guys have made my heart happy again."

Brand, who filed for divorce from Perry on Dec. 30, after just 14 months of marriage, was also invited to the awards show, but he reportedly declined to go "a long time ago."

New parents Beyonce and Jay-Z have finally broken their silence on the birth of their daughter, Blue Ivy Carter!

The music moguls released a statement on Monday, after welcoming baby Blue two days earlier at the Lenox Hill Hospital, in NYC. Bey also took the time to dispel rumors that her baby was born via C-section, confirming she chose to have a "natural" birth.

The couple said in a statement on Jay-Z's Life and Times website:

"Hello Hello Baby Blue! We are happy to announce the arrival of our beautiful daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, born on Saturday, January 7, 2012. Her birth was emotional and extremely peaceful, we are in heaven. She was delivered naturally at a healthy 7 lbs and it was the best experience of both of our lives. We are thankful to everyone for all your prayers, well wishes, love and support."

After the birth of his daughter, Jay-Z immediately hit the studio to record a new track, "Glory," which reveals, for the first time, the couple's struggle to conceive, and the happiness they feel after finally having a baby.

The track also features the two-day-old little girl crying in the background, which could be considered her first musical recording! No doubt Blue Ivy Carter will grow up to be a superstar.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner went to a doctor's appointment in Santa Monica on Monday, and the two looked quite lovey dovey as photographers snapped their picture!

Back in early November, Jennifer revealed that she had four more months until her due date, but given the size of her bump, we can't believe she has another two months to go! Either she's throwing us off with her delivery date like Beyonce did (remember, B told an Aussie news outlet that she wasn't due until February!) or she's expecting twins!

But where was Max? And come to think of it, where was her other boy, 24-year-old Casper Smart?

Jennifer Lopez was spotted out and about in Calabasas this afternoon with her darling daughter Emme, and the singer/actress kept it comfy and casual in Uggs and sweatpants. But hey, when you look that good at 42, we think you're allowed to take a break from the heels, sequins and bandage dresses!

After partying it up with Casper in Miami for New Year's Eve, it seems like J. Lo is back in work mode, as she made an appearance at the Fox TCAs in Pasadena last night. While she's secured her role as a judge on American Idol, it seems like her co-wrorker Ryan Seacrest's future with the show may be up in the air.

Fox Entertainment President Kevin Reilly told reporters, “It’s a tough negotiation and one that will come to conclusion, I think, pretty quickly." Seacrest is not under contract after this season, and there are rumblings that NBC is considering sticking him on The Today Show in the event that Matt Lauer decides to leave. As you know, E! is owned by NBC Universal, so it seems like Fox may not have a say over this one.

Kim Kardashian is sending a special birthday message across the pond to Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton ... who turns the big 3-0 today!

However, the 31-year-old reality star, wearing a low cut animal print blouse, didn't waste an opportunity to plug one of the products she represents in the process.

After the brief b-day message, Ms. Kardashian just so happened to mention a special ShoeDazzle offer involving a new heel called "The Duchess."
