Demi Lovato covers the February issue of Seventeen Magazine, and the 19-year-old starlet chats about her struggle with depression and how she's improved her life, but she also dishes on her occasional drama with fellow Disney darling Miley Cyrus.

On her dark period, Demi tells the mag, “I’m not gonna lie. I was self-medicating. I was doing things like drinking and using [drugs], like a lot of teens do to numb their pain.” However after a stint in rehab in late 2010, she's doing much better these days. “I don’t drink, I don’t do drugs, I don’t throw up after my meals, I don’t starve myself," she says. "There’s nothing that I do that I feel ashamed of.”

While her relationship with Miley isn't always perfect, she knew she could count on her when things got tough. "No matter how many times we fight, we will always be in each others' lives," she tells the mag. "Miley and I are very strong-headed, so when we fight, it's brutal and we're like, 'We're never going to be friends again!' Then two days later, we're like, 'I love you and I miss you!'" So how's her friendship with Selena Gomez? "Selena and I, we never fight," Demi says. "She’s not a confrontational person at all. Both of them will never leave my life no matter what happens, because we’ve been through so much together.”

Demi is proud of her sobriety, and she says she feels "more confident, happy and healthy" than ever before. "I have so much to look forward to -- from little everyday things, like where I'm going to go shopping with my friends, to big things, like heading out on the road [on tour], or even really long-term things, like what my next big project will be."

Nick Cannon is recovering from a "mild kidney failure" and his wifey, Mariah Carey, Tweeted a photo of the 31-year-old America's Got Talent host from his hospital bed.

Mariah, 41, wrote the following on her website:

"We're trying to be as festive as possible under the circumstances but please keep Nick in your thoughts because this is very painful."

Mimi added, "We're doing OK but we're stranded in Aspen. I know, we could be in a lot worse places, but the truth is as long as we're together, we're OK."

"Justin knows how much she loves snowboarding and the mountains, so it was the perfect place."

The source adds that Timberlake has "never been happier. He knew it was the right time to propose."

Now that the Jersey Shore star has slimmed down to a svelte 102 lbs, she's ready to go under the knife for some JWoww-style "knockers," E! Online reports.

The pint-sized reality star told the website of her future enhancements while promoting the Shore's fifth season"

"Very soon. Very soon. I hope in the next couple of months. They're a good size now, but I want them like this when I'm not wearing a bra."

Pal JWoww, who's become a recent expert in plastic surgery, added, "I'm definitely taking her to my doctor. I'll go in and get mine redone to make her feel better."

Snooki also confessed she'd love to have a have a double wedding with JWoww someday, though they might act like major "bridezillas," and she's already eying a very blingy engagement ring.

"She tried on a $500,000 ring," her beau of one year, Jionni Lavalle, confessed, but Snooks admits Jionni "made me take it off. He was like, ‘Don't even think about it.' It was like this big and sparkly and amazing ring. I just want a big one."
