Mariah Carey and her husband left twins Moroccan and Monroe behind and went shopping at Dior in Aspen the other day, and while Nick kept his face warm with a creepy ski mask, Mariah struggled to walk in the snow in her monstrous high heeled boots. Of course, we can't knock Mariah toooo much -- after losing 70 pounds of post-pregnancy weight, she's back in fine form and looking better than ever!



Later that evening Mariah stepped out in a flashy spandex ensemble, and she tweeted, "In Aspen, wearing the outfit I wore for my first ever Christmas video!! #MCChristmasCountdown". Happy to see she was able to squeeze back into it!

Demi Lovato went off on Disney last night for a line in one of their new shows which seemingly pokes fun at a girl with an eating disorder.

In an episode of Shake It Up, one of the characters quips, "I could just eat you up, well if I ate." As you may remember, Lovato left the Disney show Sonny With a Chance and went to rehab for bulimia and bipolar disorder, and she's been very open with the public about her struggles with food and her health.

Demi, outraged over the joke, tweeted, "I find it really funny how a company can lose one of their actress' from the pressures of an EATING DISORDER and yet still make joke about that very disease..... #nice ... And is it just me or are the actress' getting THINNER AND THINNER.... I miss the days of RAVEN, and LIZZIE MCGUIRE ... Dear Disney Channel, EATING DISORDERS ARE NOT SOMETHING TO JOKE ABOUT."

@DisneyChannelPR responded to Demi and tweeted, "We hear you & are pulling both episodes as quickly as possible & reevaluating them ... It’s NEVER our intention to make light of eating disorders!"

After reading about a dog that was tossed from an overpass in LA and left for dead, Pink picked up the phone and called Ace of Hearts animal rescue shelter and donated the $5000 necessary for the dog's surgery to repair his three broken legs.

It's officially the biggest divorce settlement in Hollywood history, and now Mel Gibson will be forced to fork over exactly half of his estimated $850 million.

The Oscar-winning actor's divorce from Robyn, his ex-wife of nearly 30 years, was finalized Friday in a Los Angeles courtroom. Since there wasn't a prenup, Robyn was entitled to exactly half of the actor's amassed fortune.

And that's not all. Gibson's ex will also be entitled to half of every future check he receives for the rest of his life -- that's a lotta dough!

The ex-pair, who have seven children together, will also have the task of divvying up Mel's assets, including over $100 million in real estate investments, the $600 million he made from The Passion of the Christ, and $75 million from other various film and TV projects he's executive produced.

Robyn has already been given two of the pair's Malibu estates worth an estimated $22.5 million.

Gibson first met Robyn in the late 1970s while she was working as a dental nurse. At that time, his first breakout film, Mad Max, had just hit theaters.

De Niro, 68 and Hightower met in 1987 and already have a 13-year-old son named Elliot.

Daddy Tom Cruise also splashed out $5,000 last week to rent out the Rockefeller Center ice rink’s “Igloo,” a VIP-like area where the fam won't have to wait in line, and they get their own private space to warm up, according to the New York Daily News.

And get this -- TomKat paid to have the VIP area stocked full of hot chocolate from Serendipity 3 and sweets from Jacques Torres, brought in “especially for Suri.”

What more could a 5-year-old ask for?
