Someone's been working on her fitness!

The other day we caught Tara Reid all glammed up for a lunch meeting, and the starlet showed off her fab figure in a skintight silver dress. Most of us wouldn't dare to wear something like this (with or without Spanx!) so we have to hand it to the American Pie hottie for rocking it with such confidence.

And the shoes? Looks like we're not the only ones obsessed with them -- she wore them just the other day when she turned heads in red!

Jessica Alba and Jennifer Garner were out and about with their daughters this weekend -- the first weekend of winter break!

Now that the kids are out of school, these Hollywood moms will be spending more time with their girls -- finishing up their Christmas shopping and spending time with extended family.

Of course Alba just gave birth to her second girl -- Haven -- while Garner's pregnant with her third child. She's set for a special delivery in January or February.

The actress graces the cover of InStyle magazine's January issue and in her interview with the mag, she offers the secret to her 7-year marriage to Ben Affleck: "We both know we couldn't do what we do without each other." And she says Ben's a dreamer, "Ben always says, 'If you love it, we can make it happen.'"

Meanwhile, Jessica Alba is featured on the cover of InStyle Australia for January, wearing a sexy Prada swimsuit and showing off her post-baby body.

Alba tells the mag motherhood changed her for the better: "I really came into myself as a person. Before, I was always working for my identity. And then you take the focus off of yourself. I was probably-definitely-a bit of a narcissist. When you are young and an actor and driven, it’s a bizarre state of mind to be in at times. I was so focused on things that didn’t matter at the end of the day. Now I have what I do for a living in perspective. Working was everything to me, my entire identity, and once I got to step away from it, everything changed."

Motherhood certainly suits both these women!

Ashley Tisdale enjoyed a night out Friday, with a new boy(friend), Martin Johnson of the band Boys Like Girls. The two hit up Tru before heading over to Key Club for Robin Thicke's gig.

The Tis' split from boyfriend Scott Speer last week and has been spotted with a couple different boys already.

Ashley Tweeted about her plans for the evening -- Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan were along for the ride, as was pal Haylie Duff: "With @HaylieK @jennaldewan and@channingtatum watching Robin Thicke. The night has just started :)"

Sounds like Ashley was planning for a late night ...

As if he weren't attractive enough already, Bradley Cooper donned his tennis outfit, grabbed his racket and hit the courts Saturday ... and we think he's the hottest thing to hit the court since Andy Roddick!

And later, Bradley took his mom out to dinner at G Jelina in Venice. The two dined on Italian haute cuisine and headed home early.

Talk show queen Ellen DeGeneres just bought a REALLY nice present for her wife, Portia De Rossi ... a Malibu beach house!

DeGeneres signed on the dotted line Friday, for the purchase of Brad Pitt's $12-million estate in north Malibu.

The property is perched above a beach with private access and includes a pool and tennis court.

X17online reported Ellen was getting close to a deal for the luxury pad last month. And a few weeks later, we spotted Brad at the home, packing up some of his personal items in preparation for turning over the keys to DeGeneres.

Britney Spears and Jason Trawick announced their engagement yesterday, and while the lovebirds are obviously thrilled to take their relationship to the next level, things could get complicated when it's time to walk down the aisle.

Remember, Britney has been in a conservatorship since 2008 (her father Jamie and attorney Andrew Wallet are co-conservators), and even though she's made remarkable strides since her meltdown several years back, Jason is legally bound to ask Jamie for permission to marry Britney. After all the years they've been together, we can't imagine Jamie doesn't approve of Britney's partner, but he makes all financial, medical and career decisions on his daughter's behalf, so it's almost like Jason will be marrying Jamie too!

While this all seems pretty standard for a conservatorship, we have to wonder what would happen if both Britney and Jason requested that he be made conservator. After all, he's proven himself to be quite stable over the years, so we're curious as to how Jamie would react if Jason challenged him for control over Britney's life.

A conservators' hearing is scheduled for January 19, but we're told that it's simply an allowance of fees and a motion to seal court records, and it has nothing to do with Britney's changed relationship status.

Tara Reid took care of some last minute holiday shopping in Hollywood the other day, and the 36-year-old actress turned heads in a belted leopard frock and sexy nude pumps.

So is Tara dressing up for her hot new boyfriend? Nope! It turns out the tall, dark and handsome man she went to dinner with the other night is just a friend, so it looks like she's enjoying some me time! Tara recently wrapped shooting on American Reunion and she's set to begin promoting the flick in the next few months, so it's good to have her back!

It seems like getting Suri Cruise to put on a winter coat is still an impossible mission, as we spotted daddy Tom Cruise bundling her up in a blanket and carrying her to their car last night! While Tom was holding a quilted jacket for his five-and-half-year-old daughter, it looks like she was more interested in dressing for spring in a short dress and bare legs. Brr!

We later spotted Tom and wife Katie Holmes after dinner, and it looks like they're still just in love as they were when the infamous couch incident happened. Aww!
