With four kids at home, it's no wonder superstar soccer stud David Beckham wanted some alone time at Starbucks in Los Angeles.

Victoria's casually-dressed hubby sported a maroon baseball cap, matching shoes and a comfy sweatshirt while he enjoyed a pastry and a warm beverage.

David has been busy splitting his time between soccer practice and taking son Cruz to karate class.

With a busy schedule like that, an extra jolt of caffeine sounds like the perfect pick-me-up!

It's no secret that Janet Jackson has struggled with her weight over the years, and now the singer (and recently appointed NutriSystem spokeswoman) is sharing her story with Access Hollywood.

“Your scale can be your worst enemy, so it’s really not about a number — it’s about looking in the mirror and feeling good about you and feeling healthy and loving who you are when you see that person in the mirror,” Janet tells the show, in an interview airing tonight. “I am an emotional eater. There are people that don’t eat when they’re stressed. I eat when I stress, when I’m down, when I’m in that state of not being in the greatest space. And that’s my place of comfort that I go to for that moment. Then I kick myself after doing it.”

In addition to talking about her battle with the bulge, Janet revealed she’s nervous for her niece, Paris Jackson, who is set to make her feature film debut in Lundon’s Bridge and the Three Keys. “I’m excited for her, but it worries me a little bit,” Janet said. “I wish that she would maybe wait ... I got into the business at a young age. It’s not an easy thing. Your childhood…you completely lose and I didn’t get to experience that, so she has the rest of her adult life to be that actress that she wants to be and I told her that. Yeah, I told her I would take this time to just study… really, really study the craft.”

Casey Anthony has teamed up with Los Angeles-based producer Scott Sternberg in an attempt to shop around an interview, and get this -- she's hoping to get $750,000 for it!

THR reports that Sternberg's company will co-produce the segment, which would give a network the option of choosing an interviewer. However, multiple channels have reportedly passed on the offer and ABC, CBS and NBC News have all stated that they would not pay for an interview with Anthony.

While this would undoubtedly receive killer ratings, it is not likely to be as big of a hit with advertisers. A cable exec told THR that the "backlash would not be worth it," so if this interview makes it on the air by February sweeps, we'd be surprised.

Anthony spent three years in a Florida jail after she was accused of murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, but she was acquitted and released on July 17.

Britney Spears denied boyfriend Jason Trawick's proposal on her 30th birthday, according to In Touch Weekly.

A source close to the pop star and Trawick, 39, tells the mag:

“Jason got down on one knee and asked. Britney panicked and said she needed time to think.”

Brit's beau had originally planned to pop the question on Christmas, but instead, decided that a proposal on her December 2nd birthday would be best. Trawick even showed Britney the ring, according to ITW. Guess it wasn't the right time!

“She won’t rush into anything without giving it a lot of thought," adds the source.

Christmas is almost a week away, so perhaps Brit will be an engaged woman soon enough!

We spotted Kim Kardashian cruising around her neighborhood today, and it appears as though the reality TV starlet was texting and driving! Perhaps she was just fiddling around with some lip gloss in her purse, but for everyone's sake, we hope she takes her eyes off her lap and focuses them on the road where they belong!

Rooney appeared on last night’s episode of The Late Show With David Letterman, and she revealed that producers had doubts as to whether she could pull off the role of Lisbeth Salander. So what did she do to prove herself? She hit the bars, of course! ”It had been two months at that point [of the audition process], and I was just relieved to go out and get drunk,” Rooney joked, adding that she vomited all night.

The actress was nominated for a Golden Globe this morning for her role in the thriller, so it sounds like her horrific hangover was well worth it!

After two years together, Ashley Tisdale and Scott Speer have split, according to a source for Us Weekly.

Tisdale and Speer began their romance in the spring of 2009, just one month after she broke up with V Factory musician Jared Murillo. Speer has directed several of Tisdale's music videos over the years, but he's also worked with artists like The Veronicas, Jordin Sparks, Paula Abdul and Paris Hilton, so we can't imagine he was using Ash as a way to further his own career.

"They had been on and off for a while. They tried to work it out but realized their relationship ran its course," a source tells the mag.

The last time we spotted the couple together was at The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part One premiere in November, and we've been seeing less and less of them in recent months. Bummer!
