We're not sure if the rain washed away her makeup or if she decided to leave the house without it, but Kourtney Kardashian looked like a bit of a hot mess when we spotted her Christmas shopping this afternoon. The pregnant reality TV starlet is definitely starting to pack on the pounds, but we have to give her some credit for braving the Topanga mall on such a dreary December day.

Earlier today Kourt wrote on her blog, "This weekend we started some family Christmas shopping! Barneys was our first stop. I was trying to find some fabulous Christmas stockings, but no luck. The mission continues." Given her expertise with retail therapy, we're confident that she'll be able to get what she wants by the end of the week!

Christina Aguilera was spotted shopping with boyfriend Matthew Rutler at Jenny Bec's in Los Angeles over the weekend, and even though she went overboard with her tan (how embarrassing!), Xtina was in great spirits when we snapped her picture.

And this isn't the first time she's shopped at the high-end children's store -- last year we caught the pop diva and her son Max leaving the retailer with a toy truck, so we have a feeling he'll be thrilled when he rips open his Christmas presents this year!

Angelina Jolie is being sued by Croatian journalist James Braddock over claims that In the Land of Blood and Honey violates the copyright on his book, The Soul Shattering, but now it's being reported that the lawsuit won't interfere with the December 23rd release of her directorial debut.

Braddock has withdrawn his motion for a temporary restraining order on the film's release after the judge sided with the film's distributor last week, and more importantly, the judge has ordered Braddock's lawyers to turn in a brief by tomorrow explaining why the case should proceed in Illinois federal court rather than California.

U.S. District Judge Robert Dow Jr. noted that the connection to the jurisdiction in Illinois "appears to be minimal, at best", and The Hollywood Reporter notes that the transfer would be "a small victory for Jolie and the film's producers" because California is notorious for throwing out copyright infringement claims, and in many cases, plaintiffs bringing the lawsuit have been ordered to pay attorney's fees for the defense.

Jolie's distributor, FilmDistrict, pointed out that Braddock had represented that he knew about the making of the film since early 2010, but waited until now to take legal action. Judge Dow added that there were valid concerns about the timing of the lawsuit and that the plaintiff hadn't yet shown that "immediate and irreparable harm would result" from the film's release. So how does Jolie feel about all this? She recently stated that she's never read Braddock's book, and that the lawsuit is "par for the course. It happens on almost every film."

Brooke Mueller is moving forward with getting a handle on her sobriety. One week after getting busted in Aspen, Colorado for felony cocaine possession, Charlie Sheen's ex is seeking treatment.

Her rep, Steve Honig, released the following statement:

"Recognizing past attempts at treatment have not been successful, Brooke has decided to take a different approach to deal with her addiction. Brooke will be participating in a program during the day, and will be under expert supervision 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition, Brooke has requested to be tested on a daily basis for cocaine and other illegal substances so there is no doubt as to her commitment."

As for the custody of her twin 2-year-old boys, Bob and Max, Honig adds:

"Brooke will retain custody of her children, both of whom will continue to remain at her home and be cared for by Brooke and their longtime nanny."

Mueller is due back in court on December 19.

'Tis the season to go Christmas shopping!

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner were spotted at Star Toys in Brentwood over the weekend, and the happy couple stocked up on presents for their darling daughters Violet and Seraphina.

Ben's still rocking his shaggy 'do, which means he's still shooting Argo, but hopefully he's taking a break so he can spend some time with his girls (and his pregnant wife!) over the holidays. After all, Jen could probably use a breather from her round-the-clock mommy duty!

Kelly Clarkson is such a happy traveler!

While making her way through the Miami airport after performing at the Jingle Ball concert in New York City, the bundled up former American Idol winner was all smiles while she pulled her own luggage.

The 29-year-old "Since You've Been Gone" singer must have been in the Christmas spirit ... wearing a bright red sweater. Deck the halls, indeed!

Pink and hubby Carey Hart took their infant daughter Willow Sage to Cookies in Malibu for breakfast on Saturday, and the following day we spotted the pop star and her baby at Malibu Country Mart grabbing a mid-morning snack.

Of course, Pink gives herself a break every once in a while, but little miss Willow is always on her mind! Last night she tweeted, "Headed to KROQ's almost acoustic Xmas and very excited about it. Great lineup tonight ... [Mumford and Sons] were very inspiring ... And now it's home to write some poetry and whisper sweet nothing's in my baby's ear. But like really quietly cause if she wakes up I'll cry." Such a rock star mom, this one!

Lindsay Lohan has managed to escape all the hoopla surrounding her Playboy issue's early release by hanging with friends in Hawaii.

The 25-year-old starlet Tweeted the above photo from her Hawaiian getaway. Love that rib tattoo, Linds!

While vacationing with friends, Lindsay reportedly had her purse stolen while she was at a house party, but the bag was later returned minus $10,000 in cash. Her rep denies her passport is still missing saying, "the only thing that was missing was the money."

As for that rib tat, we're not sure if that ink was airbrushed in her upcoming Playboy spread. Guess we'll all find out when the issue hits newsstands on December 16th.
