NOH8
Miley Cyrus is letting the world know that hate shouldn't be tolerated ... and also that she supports same-sex marriage. The 19-year-old songstress is flashing the peace sign, and a black bra, while posing for the NOH8 campaign.
The campaign, created by photographer Adam Bouska and Jeff Parshley, is a "photographic silent protest in direct response to the passage of Proposition 8." Prop 8 says marriage should be between a man and a woman.

After Mindy McCready and her 5-year-old son reportedly went missing yesterday, her rep has now confirmed that the troubled country singer is seven months pregnant with twins!
No other details regarding her pregnancy have been released, but McCready did address the rumors that she kidnapped her son Zander, telling Access Hollywood, “I am working with lawyers to try to get all this straightened out. I did not steal my child, as it would be impossible for me to kidnap what already belongs to me! There never was any missing persons report and never an Amber Alert.”
The Department of Children and Families told the Associated Press that a missing persons report was filed in Florida on Tuesday after the singer took her son from her father's house in Cape Coral (McCready's mother reportedly has legal custody of the child, while McCready has visitation privileges). A judge has ordered McCready to return Zander by Thursday, but last night the AP reported that McCready would not be able to bring Zander back to Florida on time due to her pregnancy.

It's finally here! The music video for Justin Bieber's Christmas duet with Mariah Carey, "All I Want For Christmas Is You" has hit the web, and it looks like Mariah didn't want to let the Biebs steal the show, as she nearly upstaged him with her super sexy Santa costume!
Mariah previously released her cover of the same song back in 1994, and we can't think of a better way to re-vamp the tune than to show off her hot post-baby bod and include Justin. The new version appears on Bieber's Christmas album Under the Mistletoe, but it seems like he isn't exactly a pro when it comes to belting out Christmas songs. During an appearance on The Today Show last week, Bieber messed up the lyrics to "Santa Claus is Coming To Town", covering up his blunder by singing the same line several times before dancing around. Looks like he pulled one straight from the book of Ashlee Simpson!

Dancing With the Stars' Lacey Schwimmer has gone under the knife to increase her boob size, according to Us.
A source tells the mag:
"Lacey's told friends she got a boob job. She'd wanted one for a while so she went ahead and did it. She loves the results and she's proud of her new shape."
Schwimmer, 23, reportedly went from a B to a D cup. This past season on DWTS, she was partnered with Chaz Bono.
The source adds the dancer wasn't happy with her athletic build ... and instead, wanted a model shape. Some online reports are also claiming Lacey had a nose job and her lips enhanced, as well.

We see London, we see France!
Miley Cyrus was so concerned with shielding her face, she must've forgotten that her entire dress was see-though!
The former Disney star gave us an eyeful in her peek-a-boo frock as she treated herself to an impromptu shopping trip at Maxfield in Beverly Hills, on Wednesday night.
Cyrus is currently in hot water over a recent video that was taken at her 19th birthday party, in which she claims she's a "Stoner" and a "Pot Heat," before being presented with a "Bob Miley" cake. But the So Undercover star insists the reefer references are just a joke.
When she finally responded to the video on Tuesday, Miley simply scolded fans, Tweeting: “Please stop bombarding my friends twitter pages with rude comments. NOTHING gives you the right to threaten people. I love u @MissKellyO :).”

A very pregnant Jennifer Garner stepped out in Brentwood looking maternity-chic in a loose-fitting white tunic and jeans, paired with black Chanel ballet flats and a simple Prada tote, while on a shopping trip with Violet Wednesday afternoon.
Jen's adorable little girl turns the big 0-6 today, and there's no doubt the family is making big plans for the birthday girl!
Thankfully Garner isn't due to give birth until early next year, so little Vi won't have to share her birthday month with her baby brother-to-be.

The Jackson family were treated to front row seats as the X Factor celebrated the music of Michael Jackson with a "Thriller" themed night, on Wednesday.
Prince, Paris and Blanket were joined by grandma Katherine and uncles Jackie, Tito and Marlon, as they watched the seven remaining contestants pay tribute to the King of Pop by belting out a few of his mega hits.
Coincidentally, tonight also happens to be the 29th anniversary of "Thriller," which includes hit singles “Thriller,” “Billie Jean,” “The Girl Is Mine,” and “Beat It.” The record is still the best-selling album of all time, with over a 100 million copies sold worldwide since its 1982 release.
In other Jackson news, a verdict was finally reached this week in the manslaughter trial against Dr. Conrad Murray, who will serve the maximum 4-year sentence for inadvertently killing the singer.
Katherine told KTLA after the verdict was announced: "Four years is not enough for someone's life. It won't bring him back but at least he got the maximum. I thought the judge was very, very fair and I thank him."
