Madonna is 53 years old, but on the dance floor, she could pass for less than half her age!
While searching for a dancer to join her dance crew at the Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange Project, Madge showed the youngsters how to get down on the dance floor. Here she is dancing with the winner!
The pop icon, wearing fishnets and sexy boots, looked gorgeous and shall we say ... fresh-faced.

Jay-Z is "King of the Year" for GQ, and the notoriously private rapper opens up about his family life in the mag's December issue.
On the decision to confirm wife Beyonce Knowles' pregnancy at the MTV Video Music Awards, Jay said, “It was actually Bey who wanted to [announce] it. You want to be in control of your life.” So what about putting a car seat in the Maybach? "Yeah,” Jay smiles. “Wouldn’t that be great? That would be a great picture.” But will the music mogul change his little one's diapers? "Of course, of course. One hundred percent," he says.
Jay's father abandoned him at a very early age, and it had a profound affect on the rapper. “If your dad died before you were born, yeah, it hurts -- but it’s not like you had a connection with something that was real," he says. "Not to say it’s any better -- but to have that connection and then have it ripped away was, like, the worst. My dad was such a good dad that when he left, he left a huge scar. He was my superhero.”
Jay also chats about working with Kanye West, revealing that his Watch the Throne collaborator is obsessed with perfection. “I think he just can’t help himself," Jay says. "He puts so much into everything, and he’s like, ‘You have to treat it like I treat it.’ It drives you crazy sometimes -- like when you’ve put seventy-five versions of a snare on one song and he’s like, ‘No!’ and you’re like, ‘Come on, man.’"

Looks like Gwen Stefani is one her own best customers!
The fashion designer hit up an LA Target, with fashion forward son Kingston, to scope out her new line of children's clothing ... Harajuku Mini.
While browsing the racks of her collection, Ms. Stefani rocked a black sweater, camouflage pants and stylish suede wedge boots. Check out Kingston's soldier war paint! Love it.
We couldn't help but notice that hubby Gavin Rossdale wasn't with his gorgeous wife all weekend while she promoted her new venture. What a bummer!
No doubt, Gwen would have loved having him by her side on such an important weekend.

He was famously unfaithful to wife Sandra Bullock, and Kat Von D has revealed in a lengthy Facebook note that former fiance Jesse James cheated on her with 19 women. Once a cheater, always a cheater!
In a Facebook note titled "Thank You, Jesse James", Kat wrote, "Today I encountered the 19th girl to add to the list of people Jesse cheated on me with during this last year. I kept going back and forth in my mind as to what the best way would be for me to release and let go of any residual feelings remaining from that toxic relationship. All of this may sound petty or immature to some, but I assure you this is coming from a place of pure honesty and love."
"I deserve a big fat 'I told you so,' from everyone, and wish I didn't have to say, 'You all were more right than you'll ever know' but you were," she continued. "Not to worry, I've gladly paid the consequences for every mistake I've ever made, but learned so much from each of them."

Michael Buble had some fun with the audience at his iHeartRadio Live concert in Tribeca ... at Kim Kardashian's expense.
While performing at the P.C. Richard & Son Theater, Buble told the crowd:
“Ladies and gentleman, I have a very special guest. Please welcome Kim Kardashian [to the stage]. Nah, just [bleeping] with you! That b**ch isn’t coming on my stage.”
Ouch! And Buble didn't stop there. The crooner then dedicated his song Feeling Good to Kim's estranged hubby Kris Humphries.

Maria Menounas sexed it up for a live performance at the Pussycat Dolls Burlesque Saloon in Las Vegas. The scantily clad Extra host couldn't be hotter!
Menounas, who is friends with PCD founder Robin Antin, shouted at the Vegas crowd, "Everyone ready to party tonight?" That's one way to get the party started!
Since her performance fell on Veteran's Day weekend, the Greek beauty also gave a shout out to the men and women who serve or have served our country.
