Justin Bieber will take a paternity test to prove that he is not the father of Mariah Yeater's baby, People confirms.

Bieber, 17, has been adamant over the past week that 20-year-old Yeater's claims (she says Bieber impregnated her after a Los Angeles concert last year) are completely false.

The teen star says he has never met Yeater, but she is demanding a DNA test in court documents. She is seeking financial support.

A rep for Bieber told the mag:

"It's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We'll vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to protect Justin and to hold those involved with bringing this suit accountable for their actions."

The "Baby" singer performed at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Belfast, Northern Ireland, on Sunday (which his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, hosted.) He won two awards, including Best Male Act, and will reportedly take the test upon his return to the U.S.

Lovato recently gave an interview to Latina magazine and about her stint in rehab (although we have to ask -- what is left to say?) She told the mag she was afraid she wouldn't have a career after spending time in a facility, and that rehab wasn't totally her idea.

"It was influenced by management, publicists and family," she said. But one person who didn't help was her estranged father. "Sometimes there are people in your life that you have to cut out," she says. "It sucks when it’s your own father."

And did Demi hint at rekindling her relationship with her much older ex Wilmer Valderrama, 31? The two were spotted smooching last week.

"I have an old soul, because I had to grow up fast – because of the public eye and because of my life experiences," she said.

Avril Lavigne and beau Brody Jenner were involved in a nasty bar brawl at The Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood over the weekend, and now the singer is giving fans an update on her condition.

The "Complicated" singer Tweeted:

"I don't fight. I don't believe in it. To clear things up I got attacked by 5 people last night out of nowhere. Not cool. My face is fu**ed. As in black eye, bloody nose, hair ripped out, scratches, bruises and cuts. So not ok to be abusive to others. Violence is NEVER the answer."

Brody, the son of Bruce Jenner, had been trying to break up a fight between girlfriend Avril Lavigne and another Roosevelt patron, and got whacked in the scuffle. X17 got the exclusive photos of the aftermath!



Sources tell us that Jenner was hit with a bottle after the fight went down inside the hotel's nightclub.

Police were called and Jenner spent the early morning hours in the hospital. He Tweeted around 7 a.m. PST on Sunday morning: "Interesting Saturday night... Just got of the hospital with a new scar on my face.. Charges/chargers!!!"

The 20-year-old woman who claims she had a baby with Justin Bieber, during a 30 second hook-up after an LA concert, is speaking out for the first time on camera.

Mariah Yeater sat down with The Insider to further discuss allegations that Bieber is the daddy of her 4-moth-old son, Tristyn Anthony Markhouse, though the 17-year-old teen idol denies ever meeting the fan.

Yeater said on first meeting "The Biebes":

"He immediately took a liking to me, and we just got to talking, and it was kind of me and him with other people. And then he eventually asked me, he said, "Would you mind if we could go somewhere and be alone?”

But once they were alone, Justin's mood allegedly transformed. Yeater added:

"When we got to what turned out to be a bathroom his whole demeanor changed. It went from cute and gushy to just kind of more aggressive."

And what message does she have for those who don't believe her story?

"I’ve provided evidence to my attorneys and it will show in court, to prove that my allegations are true."

When asked why Justin’s security guard claims Bieber went straight from the stage to his dressing room – where his mom was waiting – before headlining directly into the car on the night in question, Mariah simply replied: “No comment”.

Bieber has maintained his innocent throughout and plans to take a DNA test, and file a lawsuit, in response to Yeater's allegedly false claims.
