Pete Wentz and his much taller girlfriend Meagan Camper were spotted shopping at Opening Ceremony in Beverly Hills on Tuesday, and the rock star/model duo were all smiles as they left with their purchases.

Of course, she IS wearing heeled booties, so maybe she's the same height as him minus the shoes? Not only is Pete comfortable enough to let his lady love tower over him, but after meeting up in August, People reports that he introduced her to his son Bronx just one month later. Bon Jovi's Richie Sambora and Denise Richards have rekindled their romance, according to Us Weekly.

The twosome have been seen going on several dates in recent weeks.

Sambora, 52, and Richards, 40, first began dating in 2006. They split back in 2007 after Richards was accused of breaking up Sambora's relationship with Heather Locklear.

A source tells the mag:

"They've always stayed friends, through everything they've gone through. He's had a rough patch, she's had her own stuff but they're both in a great place right now."

The source adds that the couple is "doing great and happy."

Their reps have yet to return our requests for comment.

Hmm ... the last time Ashton Kutcher, 33, partied with Danny Masterson he allegedly cheated on his wife, Demi Moore, 48.

Hopefully that didn't happen again Tuesday night, when Ashton and his That 70s Show pals, Danny Masterson and Wilmer Valderrama, reunited in LA.

The trio met up for a party at Warby Parker Eyewear's boutique in LA. Masterson was DJ-ing the event under his spinner name, DJ Mom Jeans.

Kutcher also didn't help his situation with Demi on Tuesday night's episode of Two and a Half Men. Lindsay Lohan left court Wednesday on the better side of Judge Stephanie Sautner.

At the end of her hearing, Linds seemed to get on Sautner’s good side by offering to pay fees the Los Angeles Downtown Women’s Center incurred from having to hire extra security while Lindsay was volunteering there.

But before that, Sautner was not so pleased.

The city attorney presented evidence against Lindsay, saying that she canceled 14 of 19 scheduled psychotherapy appointments and canceled 12 of 20 sessions to volunteer at the Los Angeles Downtown Women’s Center.

Sautner didn’t buy Lindsay's lawyer’s argument that she had rescheduled canceled appointments. "Ms. Lohan was in charge of making he own schedule at the Downtown Women's Center,” Sautner said. “They made special arrangements for her."

Lindsay admitted to violating her probation. The judge presented Lindsay with a combined plan of service and jail time, saying:

"... these are not the most egregious violations ... in the scale of violating. ... The sentence that I'm going to impose ... is putting the keys to the jail in the defendant’s hands. ... If you don't accept this ... you will do all your time."

Sautner tried to find a new place for Lindsay to do service, she said, but a homeless shelter refused to take her. “They said you’re a bad example,” she told Lindsay. And Sautner said she wouldn’t put the Downtown Women’s Center “through that again” (having Lindsay as a volunteer.)

So, she assigned all of Lindsay’s hours to the LA County Morgue, where she has been doing her time over the past few weeks. Sautner noted that she’d given the morgue stipulations. “I've asked them to stop holding press conferences about you,” Sautner said.

With her hair in a messy bun, Lindsay Lohan admitted on Wednesday that she had violated her probation.

In a hearing in Los Angeles Wednesday, the city attorney presented evidence to Judge Stephanie Sautner that would be used in a hearing over Lohan's alleged probation violation.

But instead of taking a hearing, Lindsay simply admitted she'd violated probation. So, Sautner gave Lindsay an option, which she accepted.

"I'm going to convert all your community service to the morgue," Sautner said. "Probation is reinstated on the same terms ... with these modifications ..." The modifications:

• Lindsay is sentenced to 300 days in the county jail, but if by March 29, 2012, she completes required community service hours and psychotherapy sessions, she will only serve 30 days. She also can not be kicked out of her program at the morgue, or she'll go to jail for the full time.



• She must surrender by Nov. 9 to the CRDF (women's jail) for her 30 days.



• She has a new probation officer (her past officer asked to not be the officer anymore.) "Good luck to you with Ms. Mansfield, because she's no nonsense,” Sautner said.



• She will return to court Dec. 14. By then she must perform 12 days of service at the morgue and attend four psychotherapy sessions.



• Sautner set benchmark days for Lindsay every few months. She must do certain amounts of service and therapy sessions by those dates, or she'll go to jail for the full 300.



• Lindsay can not leave the country, and can only leave the state for work or visits to family.

Lindsay Lohan has arrived at the LA Airport Courthouse for her court hearing just in time. Judge Stephanie Sautner ordered that the starlet be in the courtroom by 10am.

Lohan, 25, wearing a navy blue polka dot dress ... and blonde hair pulled back in a loose bun, is possibly facing jail time on charges of violating her probation.

Last time Lilo was in court, Judge Sautner had ordered her to complete at least 16 hours of community service at the Los Angeles County Morgue before today.

To get in the judge's good graces, Lindsay served more time than necessary.

Will Judge Sautner have compassion? We shall see.
