The former Disney star, who's expecting a baby boy with hubby Mike Comrie, showed off her flawlessly, fresh face while out running errands in LA.

Hilary just released her novel "Devoted" ... the second book in her trilogy series Elixir. Aside from her new book, Ms. Duff also has plans to release a new album after giving birth.

The cast of Jersey Shore has said ciao! to Italy and will return home to Seaside Heights for the show's fifth (and final?) season.
