Katy Perry is going 1920's retro glam to promote GHD's latest hair campaign for their Scarlet Collection.

The sexy 26-year-old songstress is channeling Snow White with black short hair, plum-colored lips ... and even holding a poisonous apple. Wickedly delicious!

Courtney Love still hasn't let go of anger toward deceased husband Kurt Cobain.

The 47-year-old rocker tells the new issue of Vanity Fair:

"Mad? Ya think?! If he came back right now I’d have to kill him, for what he did to us. I’d f***ing kill him. I’d f*** him, and then I’d kill him."

Love "shouted" the words at the mag's contributing editor, says VF's article, and didn't stop there.

"He tried to kill himself three times! ... He OD’d at least five times. I was the f***ing E.M.S. I was always sticking pins in his balls. I carried around Narcan! [a drug used to bring OD-ing heroin users back to life]."

Love then shifts from angry to sad as she talks about her now non-existent relationship with her daughter, Frances Bean Cobain. She holds Frances' diary as she talks to the reporter and expresses regret over how she raised her child.

Dr. Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial continued Wednesday, and it included a full recording of Michael Jackson just six weeks before he died.

The recording took place at 9:05 a.m. on May 10, 2009, and it was later found on Murray's iPhone after MJ's death on June 25, 2009. Jackson's speech was so slurred that the recording had to be slowed down so jurors could understand what was being said.

Jackson can be heard admitting that he was depressed and wanted to dedicate his This Is It world tour to all the children. "I love them because I didn't have a childhood," the King of Pop said during the almost incoherent conversation.

Though his speech is difficult to understand, Jackson did seem determined to perform. It's not known why Murray decided to record this particular conversation, but it does show that the doctor was well-aware of Jackson's drug-induced states.

After the recording was played, computer forensic expert Stephen Marx testified that Murray's iPhone showed that the physician used different aliases for Jackson, which was MJ's way of obtaining drugs.

Murray is expected to testify later today.

Lindsay Lohan is the starlet of yet another Terry Richardson photo shoot -- this time from Paris Fashion Week.

Richardson just released new pics snapped of Lindsay at an afterparty in the City of Lights. The two had just attended Kanye West's debut runway show.

In the pic above, Linds tucked a monkey into her cleavage. Throughout the photos, Lindsay smokes, flips off the camera (see after the jump), poses with a Pucci bag and looks lovely as always!

Color us surprised!

In not-at-all shocking news, Kristen Stewart has finally admitted that she's dating her Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson.

In the past, the 21-year-old actress has shrugged off any questions or assumptions that she and Rob, 25, were a couple. But Kristen recently admitted to British GQ that she hopes to explore the UK while filming Snow White and The Huntsman on the other side of the pond "because my boyfriend is English."

The only problem? K-Stew thought it was off the record. When the reporter brought up the comment the next day, Kristen coyly admitted, "I never would have said that if I knew you were interviewing me."

Whoops!

Since she was already called out, Ms. Stewart didn't try to shy away from the fact that the relationship was a poorly kept secret. She told the mag:

"So much of my life is so easily Googled. I mean, it's like, 'Come on guys, it's so obvious!'"

Christmas is still months away, but looks like Mariah Carey and Justin Bieber fans are getting a gift a bit early!

Mimi and Biebs are joining forces for a revamped version of Ms. Carey's classic holiday hit "All I Want For Christmas." The track will be featured on Justin's upcoming Christmas album Under The Mistletoe.

The mama of twins Monroe and Moroccan has been hard at work, not only at the studio, but in the gym ... and looks like Mimi's bod is back on track. You go, girl!

James Franco's father Doug Franco died suddenly last week at age 63.

Franco's mother, Betsy -- a writer and actress -- confirmed on Twitter:

"It is true that my sweet, generous husband passed away. He gave so much to his three sons and me, and to many other people, too."

A cause of death is not yet known.

Doug, a businessman, attended the Oscars this year to watch James' hosting gig.

He is also survived by James' brothers, Dave, an actor, and Tom, an artist.

Johnny Depp is now apologizing for a recent comment he made to Vanity Fair in which he compared having his photograph taken ... to being raped.

The actor has issued the following apology:

"It was a poor choice of words on my part in an effort to explain a feeling. I understand there is no comparison and I am very regretful. In an effort to correct my lack of judgment, please accept my heartfelt apology."

In the VF interview, the Pirates of the Caribbean star had said being photographed "feel[s] like you're being raped somehow. Raped ... It feels like a kind of weird -- just weird, man."
