Shot in Paris, we catch a glimpse of the powerful singer gazing across a river in the City of Lights.

The director had the following to say about the B&W shoot:

"The location evokes style and romance. And shooting early in the morning allows you to focus on Adele in this lonely and emotional space."

Mission accomplished.

Britney Spears is such a doll ... literally! Check out her customized Russian Babushka doll ... with her Circus image on the front.

The 29-year-old pop star, who's currently performing in Russia, Tweeted the above photo and the following:

"How cool is this?! Had a great time in Russia - amazing start to 2nd leg of the Femme Fatale Tour."

In case you're not familiar with a Babushka doll, it's a set of wooden dolls of decreasing size placed one inside the other.

Cotillard and her French director beau, Guillaume Canet, welcomed their first child together last May.
