He's a mess!

Sean Penn smoked cigarettes and admitted to being on the prescription sleep-aid Ambien last night on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and his behavior was just downright bizarre.

"I’m doing well. You’ve inherited a little of the Ambien I had to take to get to sleep after a red-eye last night," he told the late night host.

"Please don’t smoke anymore. I don’t mind. My parents smoked when I was a child so it gives me happy memories to smell cigarette smoke but you know we want you to be around for a long time and those things are bad for you,” Colbert told him after he proceeded to light another cancer stick on stage.

Talk turned to the March for our Lives protest and the survivors of the Parkland shooting, and the actor voiced his praise for the kids leading the movement.

"Within days of that not only are they stating their case with incredible sobriety and articulate words but in such an inclusionary way. You feel like there are reasonable people who have been on the other side of this conversation who will listen to these kids,” he explained.

While he was out of it would have been the perfect time to ask about rumored new love interest Amber Heard!

Justin Bieber has been hitting the gym daily since his romance with Selena Gomez got put on pause, and we have a feeling he's trying to cope with his emotions in a healthy way, rather than running out and hooking up with a bunch of chicks! She realizes that no matter how many times she forgives him, they are always going to have issues, and it's not worth it to her. Her health is her main priority, and she can't have a volatile personal life any longer."

She's a pro at this tactic!

Kim Kardashian put her perfect body on display in a black one piece in the promo shots for her KKW X Mario makeup collection, and while it does make us want to buy her cosmetics, it also makes us want to work out and get laser hair removal!

Her trusty longtime makeup artist shared the story of how they met on Instagram, and he's lucky he followed his gut instinct and stuck by her all these years, because now he's cashing in on their partnership.

"10 years ago, on April 5th, 2008 I met @kimkardashian on a cover shoot. I almost didn’t take the job because I had to work at Fox that afternoon where I did makeup for the anchors on the weekends for extra $. At this point I had been a makeup artist for 8 years in NYC, honing my craft, building my portfolio and paying my dues. Retail, weddings, editorial, TV, personal clients, assisting. I began working with some singers and actresses around this time & then I met Kim and began to work with her often. The idea of a reality star at the time was new. After all my years paying dues and assisting some of the big fashion and celeb makeup greats, I was being groomed to begin working with A list stars- actresses & recording artists. I had an agent who demanded that I stop working with Kim immediately," he wrote.

She's soaking it all in!

Khloe just shared another bare belly shot from a recent pregnancy photoshoot with Tristan Thompson, and she's done a pretty impressive job documenting every last moment before her baby girl arrives!

The Revenge Body star is nesting in Cleveland as her due date approaches, and her famous family isn't thrilled about the idea of her relocating the Midwest permanently.

“It came down to a straight choice of him or them. For now, he’s getting his way, and she’s maintaining she does love their other life in Ohio," a source dished to Radar.

In fact, the reality star is reportedly even considering quitting Keeping Up with the Kardashians to give her little one a more adjusted upbringing.

"She wants her child to have a normal life. Khloe doesn’t want to do it after the baby comes, and Tristan is telling her that she doesn’t need to. He insists that they have more than enough money to live comfortably,” the source added.

Girls Trip star Tiffany Haddish has previously opened up about the time she met Beyonce, and now she's going into detail about a specific incident that happened that fateful night involving an unnamed actress, who was apparently on drugs and took a nibble on Queen B!

"There was this actress there that’s just, like, doing the mostest. She bit Beyoncé in the face. So Beyoncé stormed away, went up to Jay-Z and was like, ‘Jay! Come here! This bitch —’ and snatched him. They went to the back of the room. I was like, ‘What just happened?’ And Beyoncé’s friend walked up and was like, ‘Can you believe this bitch just bit Beyoncé?’” she told GQ.

They make such a cute couple!

Lady Gaga and fiance Christian Carino grabbed coffee in Malibu over the weekend, and the singer rocked a fierce leopard and leather jacket with some very on-trend skinny cat eye glasses. Mother Monster marched with fellow celebs for the March of our Lives protest on Saturday, but other than that, she's been very low key as she continues to recover from fibromyalgia.

The pair are set to wed, but we haven't heard boo about any wedding plans, because she's got a lot on her plate! Her health is at the forefront, but she also has a new Las Vegas residency that's going to take up a lot of her time and energy. She seems like the type to elope at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Sin City, so we wouldn't be surprised if that happened.

On another note, we had no idea that her beau was a dad! We caught him taking a walk with his teenage daughter Bella around the Grammy winner's estate in the beachside town, so they're already behaving like one big happy family.

We can't wait until she's well enough to hit the stage again!

Stormy Daniels gave a much-publicized interview to Anderson Cooper on 60 Minutes last night, and she went into detail about how she had unprotected sex with Donald Trump, what happened afterwards, and much more. Her biggest revelation? That someone someone from Trump's camp tracked her down and threatened her infant daughter after she agreed to talk to In Touch magazine for $15K in 2011.

"I was in a parking lot, going to a fitness class with my infant daughter. Taking, you know, the seats facing backwards in the backseat, diaper bag, you know, gettin' all the stuff out. And a guy walked up on me and said to me, 'Leave Trump alone. Forget the story.' And then he leaned around and looked at my daughter and said, 'That's a beautiful little girl. It'd be a shame if something happened to her mom.' And then he was gone," she recounted.

So why is the porn star choosing to break her silence, even though it could cost her $1 million every time she does because of the NDA she signed before the election?

"Because people are just saying whatever they wanted to say about me, I was perfectly fine saying nothing at all, but I'm not okay with being made out to be a liar, or people thinking that I did this for money and people are like, "Oh, you're an opportunist. You're taking advantage of this. Yes, I'm getting more job offers now, but tell me one person who would turn down a job offer making more than they've been making, doing the same thing that they've always done?" she explained.

The adult film star says she accepted payment to keep quiet and denied the affair out of fear.

"The story was coming out again. I was concerned for my family and their safety. I think the fact that I didn't even negotiate, I just quickly said yes to this v-- very, you know, strict contract. And what most people will agree with me extremely low number. It's all the proof I need," she revealed.

Is Kylie Jenner a freak of nature or what?!

Just a little more than a month after giving birth to baby daughter Stormi, with Travis Scott, Kylie looks totally back to normal! The 20-year-old appears to have snapped back with the help of a waist trainer she promoted on social media the other day, to many fans' dismay.

Maybe she actually exercised the drop the baby pounds, too, as she posted this video to Snapchat, captioning it "Work Mode." In the clip, she lifts her sweatshirt to reveal a taught tummy in the mirror.

Of course one would expect the youngest Jenner to be fit and fab almost immediately after giving birth, as Kim and Kourtney have done the same. Speaking of giving birth -- we're officially counting down the days, hours and minutes until Khloe pops!
