Salma Hayek's husband, billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault, is speaking out about his child support case with ex Linda Evangelista for the first time.

Supermodel Evangelista is seeking $46,000 a month in child support, claiming Pinault has never helped her with their 4-year-old son, Augustin.

Pinault tells French Elle that's not true, saying:

"He is totally integrated within my family ... at every possible opportunity he has participated in my family life whether in France or the United States."

Augustin is not much older than Valentina, Henri's daughter with Hayek. Evangelista wants money for childcare, security and more for Augustin.

Rihanna looked tired after a hard day of work in New York City on Saturday.

RiRi was there shooting a new music video, though maybe she was tired from partying! She Tweeted on Saturday, "#CHEERS to the freakin' weekend!!!", referencing her own tune.

Ashton Kutcher is the king of Twitter ... but even kings make bad calls.

Kutcher got very enthusiastic on Sunday (the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks), Tweeting, "This [is] without a doubt the greatest day of the year!"

Of course, what Kutcher was actually referring to was the start of football. The Tweet continued, " ... Hello football my old friend. Let's us mingle for the next 5 months."

But after getting backlash from followers, the actor backtracked, saying:

"I got mad respect for the people that suffered in 9/11. Pls don't twist my enthusiasm. ... Hindsight...Yeah, that was probably a poorly worded tweet."

They've been a rumored couple since the beginning of August, and now George Clooney, 50, and former wrestler Stacy Keibler, 31, are taking things public.

The two stepped out on the red carpet Saturday night at the Toronto International Film Festival for the premiere of Clooney's The Ides Of March ... though they did not pose on the carpet together.

But, our sources tell us they jointly attended several parties after the premiere.

For her part, Stacy Tweeted on Sunday, "Loved my vintage @armani dress last night. Thinking about wearing @armani again tonight :) Having a blast at #TIFF". We would be too!

George broke up with ex Elisabetta Canalis at the end of June. It doesn't take long for him to rebound!

Gwen Stefani and son Kingston held hands on the way to a birthday party in Los Angeles on Saturday.

The two, along with son Zuma, were -- as always -- super stylish. Kingston's bringin' back the denim vest!

Dad Gavin Rossdale was absent -- but only because he's currently touring with his band, Bush.

Kim Zolciak may laugh off her problems on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, but it's been revealed that she has some very real drama in her life -- her ex-husband, and the father of her children, is a convicted child molester.

Daniel Dominic Toce, dad to Kim's two daughters who appear on the show, is in a Connecticut state prison after pleading guilty to molesting a 15-year-old girl.

He was arrested last year, pled guilty to felony sex abuse and was sentenced to 10 years in jail. Shockingly, he will only serve 2 1/2 years -- the rest of the sentence will be suspended.

Kim's daughters are 14-year-old Brielle and 10-year-old Ariana. She has said on the Bravo show that she never received child support from Toce.

The couple were married for two years before splitting in 2003. In addition to this conviction, Toce has offenses dating back to 2004, including felony robbery and larceny.
