While husband Ben Affleck is busy on the set of his new film Argo, pregnant Jennifer Garner is pulling full-time mommy duty with her two girls.

The 39-year-old actress had her hands full with youngest daughter Seraphina ... who prefered to go barefoot. Adorbs!

Props to Jen for being such a hands-on mom.

First, Whole Foods dropped her drink. Now, reality star/liquor mogul Bethenny Frankel is getting sued over her SkinnyGirl Margarita!

The Bravo star's drink is labeled as "all natural," but Whole Foods pulled the bottles after discovering the mix contained a preservative.

Now, Frankel is being sued by a woman named Reneta Bonar, who alleges that Frankel has made "deceptive statements" about the ingredients.

She is seeking $5 million in damages and demands that Beam Global (the company that bought Bethenny's drink for a reported $120 million) "engage in a corrective advertising campaign."

Bethenny took to her personal blog to defend the drink, writing:

"I’m a natural foods chef and health is a top priority for me and my family. The Skinnygirl Margarita is made with natural ingredients ... I don’t take lightly obvious attempts to put my integrity in question. I will always answer your questions and concerns directly and truthfully."

Notably, Bethenny did not defend that the drink is "all natural" as its label claims. Beam also released a statement -- read it after the jump.

Former Biggest Loser contestant Sam Poueu, 24, is in critical condition after falling from a building on Saturday.

Poueu, who lost 142 pounds on the show, fell several stories. He is being treated at a San Francisco hospital for a punctured lung, a broken leg, torn ligaments and a pelvic injury.

His season nine castmate Ashley Johnson said on Facebook:

"Sam Poueu is making great improvements everyday. God is answering our prayers and Sam is fighting. Please keep the prayers coming. He is still in critical condition, but is fighting like hell and is impressing the Doctors like he impressed all of us"

Our well wishes go out to Sam and his family! He announced his engagement to fellow contestant Stephanie Anderson last year.

Ashton Kutcher is doing whatever it takes to promote the upcoming season of Two and A Half Men.

While visiting The Ellen DeGeneres show, Demi Moore's younger man bared his toned bod for the talk show host. Lucky lady!

The 33-year-old actor, who's reportedly making $700,000 per episode on the hit CBS comedy, discussed his recent billboard (right) for the show in which all three main characters appear nude. Kutcher says:

"It’s getting a lot of attention. So I just figured I’m going to do everything nude from now on."

Sounds good to us! The new season of Two and A Half Men premieres on September 19.

Simon Cowell went on Howard Stern this week proclaiming that he had gone on a bad blind date with Denise Richards years ago.

Cowell said Denise was beautiful, but that she showed up to the date pregnant, which he found odd! So, things didn't work out.

But apparently Denise remembers things differently. After hearing about the interview, Denise Tweeted:

"Unbelievable…what's wrong with people. I was at a group dinner 8mo pregnant not sure how thats considered a date, news to me! If I was being set up I didn't know it! ... I wish I knew that it was a date!!! He's a hot piece of a**."

Even years later, relationships are confusing!

Kate Gosselin said this week she is "freaking out" over how she will support her eight children now that her TLC show, Kate Plus 8, has been canceled.

Now, her ex Jon is speaking out, and we never thought we'd say it, but we agree with him! Even though Jon was once under major fire for allegedly cheating on Kate, he now seems to be the voice of reason!

Jon told Rumor Fix:

"There are families out there that have several kids, people work normal jobs and things work out. … Reality television is not a career. Get back to normal life, simple life. Provide for your family."

Good point! People work every day! Jon, who has been spotted working construction, said he sees his kids often and pays child support. As for how his parenting differs from Kate's, Jon said: “I don’t have a farm on 24 acres and the kids seem to have a good time at my house. ... I enjoy normal life like normal people.”

Ricki Lake is proving to be a real trooper after continuing with dance rehearsals despite suffering a painful injury.

The Dancing With The Stars diva, who was seen limping after twisting her ankle while practicing, still managed to keep a grin on her face. Producers for the show weren't taking any chances ... and called an ambulance.

Ricki refused to go to the hospital. Go Ricki, go Ricki!

We're told her professional partner Derek Hough was extremely concerned following the incident. What a guy!

Will Ricki's injury be included on the premiere episode? We wouldn't put it past the show's producers.

Charlie Sheen has booked his first movie role since his breakdown earlier this year when he was fired from Two And A Half Men, Variety reports.

The actor will star in the indie film A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charlie Swan III with Jason Schwartzman.

Roman Coppola will write and direct.

The plot sounds awfully familiar -- Sheen will play a successful graphic designer whose money and charm have brought him fame until he heads into a downward spiral.

Sheen recently made a deal to develop a sitcom based on the 2003 Adam Sandler movie Anger Management.

As of late, Sheen is reportedly on the upswing -- he celebrated his birthday with low-key dinners on two separate occasions, with exes Brooke Mueller and Denise Richards. His Comedy Central roast is set to air Sept. 19 -- the same day as the season premiere of Two And A Half Men.
