Katherine Heigl grabbed dinner with friends at Lucques in Los Angeles Monday night, but for a friendly dinner she had plenty to say about her career!

Heigl chatted with us about upcoming film projects, and about one non-movie venture she'd love to take on: Dancing With The Stars!

The new cast of DWTS was just announced, and apparently Kath wishes she was part of it! When we asked if she'd be on the show, she replied, "I would love to!"

Alicia Keys, Jennifer Aniston and Demi Moore are three of the most gorgeous directors in Hollywood! The threesome, who directed short films for Lifetime's Five, are gracing the cover of September's Glamour magazine.


Lifetime's Five is comprised of five short films about breast cancer directed by five different directors.

When asked about her involvement, Ms. Aniston tells the mag:

“We were intrigued by the challenge of creating short stories that would defy audiences’ expectation of the subject. We wanted to balance the drama with humor and irreverence because that’s what’s helped our friends who’ve faced this get through their treatment."

The Friends star, who is dating Justin Theroux, also address the tabloids:

“There’s not nearly as much stealing and obsessing and middle-of-the-night secret calls to ex-boyfriends and scheming and cheating [as they lead you to believe]. Most of it’s just bulls—, however entertaining.”

Love a girl with a sense of humor!

Sinead O'Connor made headlines a few weeks ago when pics of her looking overweight surfaced. Now, those looks are affecting her sex life.

Sinead, 44, posted on her blog that she is looking for someone to have sex with -- a person who "must be blind enough to think I'm gorgeous." She writes:

"My sh-uation sexually/affectionately speaking is so dire that inanimate objects are starting to look good as are inappropriate and/or unavailable men and/or inappropriate and/or unavailable fruits and vegetables. ... I am in the peak of my sexual prime and way too lovely to be living like a nun. and it's VERY depressing."

The "Nothing Compares To You" songstress says she is "so desperate for sex" that she's taking applications, and provides e-mail addresses to which to send said apps.

"If u don't have both sweetness and filth don't apply. ... ALL applicants will receive replies ... there are literally hundreds of applicants ... "

And, women "will also be very much considered."

Lady Gaga is being accused of creative plagiarism again after her VMAs performance -- by Kelly Osbourne!

Osbourne Tweeted about Gaga doing the show as her male alter ego, Jo Calderone:

"i love lady gaga but i wish she would start giving credit where credit is due! example... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ovHxAIPV078 1984 PEOPLE!"

Osbourne's link goes to the Eurythmics' 1984 Grammy performance -- when lead singer Annie Lennox performed as a very similar looking man (see video below.)

Earlier this year, Gaga was accused of ripping off her mermaid-in-a-wheelchair bit from another big star of the 80s -- Bette Midler. She's also come under fire for similarities to Madonna, and she was sued this month by a Chicago songwriter for plagiarism with her song "Judas."

Snooki and her beau Jionni LaValle hit up the Geisha House in Hollywood ... and the pint-sized reality star left a little tipsy. Let the fist pumpin' begin!

LaValle, who has been with Snooks for almost a year, spent time in Italy with the Jersey Shore cast ... even appearing in the fourth season of the MTV show.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor has barred Dr. Conrad Murray's defense team from using allegations that Michael Jackson molested children in Murray's manslaughter trial.

The defense will also not be allowed to call Jackson's dermatologist to the witness stand.

Pastor said both the molestation trial talk and the dermatologist (Arnold Klein) would be distracting and misleading for the jury. The defense claims that Klein gave Jackson the painkiller Demerol and Jackson was withdrawing from it when he died in 2009.

Jackson died of an overdose of the anesthetic propofol complicated by additional meds.

Meanwhile, Janet, Jermaine and Randy Jackson have confirmed that they will not attend an upcoming tribute concert in Cardiff, Wales, later this year. Find out why after the jump.

NBC has announced that new VMA winner Nicki Minaj and Susan Boyle will perform Wednesday on America's Got Talent.

What an interesting pairing for the night! ... And we wonder what crazy outfit Nicki will wear!

Minaj will perform Where Them Girls At with David Guetta and Flo Rida, and Boyle will perform You Have to Be There solo.

Other upcoming guests include Tony Bennett, Queen Latifah, II Divo and Def Leppard.
