After months of drama between Simon Cowell and Cheryl Cole, the former American Idol judge is coming clean about what really happened between the two Brits.

Cheryl was originally set to leave her post as a judge on the U.K.’s X Factor for a spot on the U.S. version, premiering in September. Then earlier this summer, Ms. Cole was dropped from the U.S. show. No reason was given then, but now Simon is saying that Cheryl wasn't happy in America, so she reached out to her reps to see if she could return to her original show.

Simon told The Hollywood Reporter:

"I came to the conclusion that she may not be as comfortable here because I was seeing a different person. She was like Princess Diana when she would walk out in England, and I accepted the fact that people didn’t know her here, but I think it did have an effect on her.”

Simon confronted Cheryl on the second day of filming, explaining to her that she had “to raise your game a bit. This is America, it’s a much tougher market." Shortly after, Simon got Cheryl a huge pay raise – upwards of $4 million! – to return to the U.K. show, and by the next day they were negotiating the deal. However, Cheryl never responded to the final round of negotiations. Honest as usual, Simon revealed that he’s “not happy with the way it played out."

The two haven’t spoken since the incident.

A sex tape of the "S&M" singer and rapper J. Cole was reportedly shopped around to different outlets, but Hustler magazine is now the one in possession of the tape.

Victoria Hurley, public relations director for Hustler, tells X17online, "We do have the tape and we have not decided what we're going to do with it."

Rihanna's camp has yet to confirm whether the tape exists. But if the story is true, a few things do add up: J. Cole, 26, joined Rihanna, 23, on the U.S. leg of her "Loud" summer tour, and the rapper Tweeted that he lost his phone yesterday.

Over a series of three Tweets, J. wrote:

"People always ask my craziest experience on the road. Tonight the wildest s**t happened. So to the girl in the front row with the white shirt and pink bra. Before I put this footage online of you stealin my phone out my pocket lol. ma let you save the embarrassment and world star fame, by hittin @kingofqueenz or @imdjdummy so I can gt that back asap. U got a few hrs."

He also added, "thank God for Cole Summer camera crew." Sounds like someone really wants his phone back!

It's a girl for Jason Bateman!

The Change-Up actor's wife Amanda Anka is pregnant with the couple's second child.

Amanda's dad, Paul Anka, broke the news when he told ET Canada, "I'm going to be a grandfather again."

Jason and Amanda have been married for ten years and already have a 4 1/2-year-old daughter, Francesca Nora.

Kimberly Stewart has named her baby girl Delilah.

First-time grandpa Rod Stewart announced the moniker to USA Today. "I'm a grandfather now," he said. "I've been going around blabbing that for hours now."

Kimberly gave birth Sunday, on her 32nd birthday. Academy-Award winning actor Benicio del Toro, 44, is the father. The two aren't a couple but Benicio is said to be excited about his daughter's birth and wants to help raise her.

Rod added that his ex-wife, Kimberly's mom Alana Hamilton Stewart, and his current wife, Penny Lancaster-Stewart, were there to help during the baby's birth. "We had everyone at the hospital to help Kimberly," the singer explained. "I won't say we always agree, but we get along."

Will and Jada Pinkett Smith are showing just how "intact" their marriage is by strolling together at the Malibu Country Mart for a little afternoon shopping (and perhaps for a little positive PR).

A salesperson from inside the Malibu Colony Company store tells X17online exclusively, "They looked very happy ... extremely happy."

The power couple were reportedly heading for a split after 13 years of marriage, according to In Touch Weekly.

After word spread yesterday that the Smiths were splitting, a rep for Jada released the following statement:

"Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are still together, and our marriage is intact."

While her power couple parents Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are dealing with a whirlwind of divorce rumors, Willow Smith proved that she's just a normal 10-year-old kid.

The "Whip My Hair" singer went shopping at a Toys "R" Us store in Calabasas, Calif., Tuesday afternoon, and came away with a crib.

Sporting a long braid, the youngest Smith showed off her rocker style in bright yellow kicks and an adorable red and black striped top that had a print of Marilyn Monroe on the back.

Willow has stayed quiet about the reported split, but her brothers haven't. Tuesday afternoon her stepbrother Trey Tweeted, "Will and Jada getting a DIVORCE ..NOT TRUE AT ALL !! RETWEET Everyone can think what they want ..even if its not true #Lame." Her brother Jaden simply Tweeted, "#ItsAllLies."

Joel Madden and Nicole Richie have a lot in common ....like the fact that they have two kids, but they're sense of style couldn't be more different.

While wearing a Morrissey T-shirt, Mr. Madden left the Andy Lecompte salon in West Hollywood sporting a jet black 'do and looking tough. Check out that hardcore strut!

As for his wifey, she looked oh-so-regal while grabbing dinner at Il Sole restaurant in West Hollywood. Crazy to think how much Nicole's style has transformed over the years.
