We guess you'd call it a reverse-spokesperson deal?

Abercrombie & Fitch has announced that the company would offer "substantial payment" to Jersey Shore's Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino ... if he stops wearing the company's clothing.

Said ANF in a statement:

"We are deeply concerned that Mr. Sorrentino's association with our brand could cause significant damage to our image. ... this association is contrary to the aspirational nature of our brand, and may be distressing to many of our fans. We have also extended this offer to other members of the cast, and are urgently waiting a response."

Of course, the Jersey Shore is no stranger to scandal -- the show features partying, sex, etc. But ANF may be trying to distance itself from its own scandal -- the retailer has come under fire over the years for sexually explicit ads, stereotyping on T-shirts and employment practices.

French actor Gerard Depardieu was escorted off an Air France plane Tuesday for urinating in the aisle of his flight.

Depardieu's flight from Paris to Dublin was reportedly delayed on the tarmac, and after asking to use the restroom, the 62-year-old actor was told he couldn't use the facility until the plane had taken off.

Air France Tweeted the following about the incident:

"As you may have seen on the news, we are busy mopping the floor of one of our planes this morning. We'd also like to remind all passengers that our planes are fully equipped with toilet facilities."

Various eyewitnesses claim the actor appeared to have been drinking.

A spokesperson added, "I will only confirm that he, in effect, urinated in the plane." No word on whether Depardieu will face charges.

Depardieu's reps have issued no comment.

Christina Aguilera and her boyfriend Matthew Rutler are still going strong!

The twosome cruised through LAX while making their way though crowds of her adoring fans ... and Matt held on tight to Xtina's bright red bag. Looks like the diva has trained him well.

The Voice judge and her beau met back in 2010 while she filmed the movie Burlesque in which Rutler was a production assistant. Now with Xtina's divorce from Jordan Bratman behind her, she's free to take the next step with Matt.

We caught up with the hunky star while on the LA set of the upcoming cop drama End of Watch on Tuesday. And while Gyllenhaal may have sacrificed his thick brown mane for that "cue ball" 'do, we still can't get enough of this sexy man in uniform.

In Watch, the actor plays an LAPD officer ... and he really did his homework for the role! Not only did Jake go on several police ride-along missions, he actually witnessed a gang shooting, which resulted in one member being sent to the hospital.
