Amy Winehouse was planning to adopt a 10-year-old girl in St. Lucia before her tragic death, according to The Daily Mirror.

Winehouse, 27, had met Dannika Augustine while vacationing in St. Lucia back in 2009. The young girl tells the Mirror:

"Amy was already my mother. I would call her Mum. And she would call me her daughter. She took care of me, and we had fun together. I loved her, and she loved me."

The Rehab singer died on July 23.

Amy Winehouse's rep denied the story with the following statement:

"It's not true. I think [Amy] might have met her in St. Lucia, but she was in no way about to adopt her."

The mommy-to-be will begin shooting Mad Men season 5 today, but thankfully the show's creator, Matthew Weiner, has got a plan to hide that baby bump.

The X Men: First Class star will shoot her scenes with the help of a body double for now, and return for re-shoots after the baby is born in the fall.

Hugh Jackman had some fun in the sun while frolicking with his two kids, Ava, 6, and Oscar, 11, on the beautiful beaches of St. Tropez, on Sunday. Hugh’s wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, admired the scene from the shore while keeping an eye on the family’s precious pup.

The super dad was super-busy promoting his upcoming film, Real Steel, at San Diego's annual Comic Con last week, so he took the fam to the South of France for a little R&R after logging in some major hours at the event.

Jackman will start shooting The Wolverine in October, so he's making the most of a long summer vacation!
