This is seriously cute ... Halle Berry's boyfriend Olivier Martinez playing and laughing on the beach with Halle's daughter Nahla. From the looks of it, you'd think he was her biological father!

These two obviously have a tight bond which is good, since Nahla spends most of her time in Halle's care. The actress and Nahla's father, model Gabriel Aubry, fought an extended custody battle after splitting in April of last year. It was until April of this year that the two finally reached a legal agreement concerning the custody of the daughter - the terms of which weren't released.

Halle commented to Extra TV: "Our issues were never about fighting for her. We both know a child needs both her parents. But what I want to say about it is sometimes, as a couple, you reach an impasse. We need a court and a judge to help us work out some of the delicate issues, and I'm so happy we've arrived at that place—because for her sake, this is the best way."

Seems like Nahla has two good dads in her life!

Miley Cyrus made a real commitment to supported gay marriage rights with a new tattoo on her middle finger -- an equal sign like the one in the campaign launched by the Gay & Lesbian Rights Lobby.

The singer-actress Tweeted this shot and wrote: "All LOVE is equal."

Just a week ago when Casey Anthony was acquitted for the murder of her daughter Caylee in Florida, Miley Tweeted: "You know the world is skewed when people get away with murdering children, but we can't get gay marriage legalized in the state of California."

Kim Kardashian took a moment out of her busy schedule to celebrate someone ELSE's life on Saturday -- bringing a gift to a friend's baby shower.

The reality show superstar looked killer in her black and white animal print and her usual sky-high heels but she got all decked out for a 15-minute gift drop-off. Our photographers say she and Jennifer Meyer stayed just long enough to say hello and goodbye and they were on their way!
