Nicky Hilton and her beau of four years David Katzenberg have called it quits, but a source close to the couple says the two still remain good friends.

Plus, Nicky is BFFs with David's twin sister Laura! Already knowing her split with David was coming, Nicky partied with Laura earlier this week ... alongside Ashlee Simpson at Sunset Marquis.

As for why the couple split, the source tells X17online exclusively:

"They were both traveling and working a lot. Their busy schedules left them little time to spend together. Nicky and David love and respect each other. I won't be surprised if they end up with each other down the road."

Our source adds that friends and family are hoping to convince the couple to reconcile. With their long history, we wouldn't be surprised if they end up rekindling their romance.

The celebrity DJ may be ultra-talented with the turntables, but she's also got a killer voice! Lindsay Lohan's ex-girlfriend recently started a new band, The Undertakers, and they performed one of their debut shows at The Roxy last night.

Sam Tweeted before the performance:

"The Undertakers and I are performing at the Roxy at a party for the David Barton gym: most likely the closest I'll ever get to working out."

We got a sweet pic of the famous DJ singing her heart out, and Ronson will repeat her performance with The Undertakers on August 11, at The Viper Room in LA.

Hot on the heels of her successful first-post rehab single, "Skyscraper," Demi Lovato hit the studio for some late nights with Timbaland and Missy Elliot.

The former Sonny with a Chance star is working with Timbaland on her as-yet-untitled third album, dropping September 20, and the Grammy winning producer is just as excited as Demi. Along with the cute pic above, Tim Tweeted, "Me and Demi @ddlovato workin on a hit baby!"

During a Cambio live chat last week, Demi told fans that she's already recorded about 20 songs. "I'm feeling really, really comfortable on what we have so far," she said. Timbaland agrees - he's Tweeted that Demi's been killing the songs he's giving her.

We're not sure if the sepia-toned pics are helping them churn out the hits, but Demi's clearly doing something right working with Missy too. “4 am: @MissyElliott and demi lovato @ddlovato working hard in the studio! #demiandmissy,” Timbaland Tweeted.

The Encino estate featured in HBO's hit series Entourage has sold for $4.2 million. In the show, the home belongs to Adrian Grenier's character Vincent Chase.

The 9.010 square-foot Tuscan-style home boasts 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a detached guest house, a mosaic-tiled pool, spa and waterfall, plus there's room for a tennis court. The living room, with 22 foot ceilings, has a masonry fireplace with marble mantel and base.
