Amidst announcing his split from fiancee Kat Von D, Jesse James did get some good news.

On Monday, James, 42, was awarded sole custody of his daughter Sunny, 7, after a long court battle with his ex, Janine Lindemulder.

James got the news in an Orange County, Calif., courthouse. He had been fighting Lindemulder on the issue for years, with her often making negative comments about James (and even ex Sandra Bullock) to the press.

And Lindemulder has been given stipulations. If she relocates to Texas to be near James and Sunny, she'll be ordered to inpatient rehab. If she remains in California, she'll get monitored visitation of her daughter.

Hugh Hefner's ex, Crystal Harris, went on Howard Stern's radio show Tuesday and revealed every detail of her sex life with Playboy magnate Hefner ... even if it meant sacrificing his dignity.

In the video (below), Harris, 25, tells Stern that she and Hefner, 85, only slept together once and that she stopped the intercourse soon after it began.

But Hefner, who we must say has taken the high road since being dumped by Harris only days before their June wedding, is refuting her claims.

"Crystal lied about our relationship on Howard Stern but I don't know why," Hef Tweeted Tuesday night. "Maybe a new boyfriend?"

Harris is reportedly dating Dr. Phil McGraw's son, Jordan. That Tweet has since been removed, but Hef Tweeted after:

"I feel sorry for Crystal. She seems lost. ... Crystal convinced me that she adored me. That was the first lie. ... I'm happy to be in a better place with new girlfriends Anna Sophia Berglund & Shera Bechard."

Not sure what's worse .... the fact that Kristin Cavallari's wedding has been called off or that she posed for a wedding dress photo spread for Life & Style magazine just TWO days before announcing her wedding was kaput? Talk about awkward!

During the shoot on July 21 at LA’s Mondrian Hotel, Cavallari told the mag, “I want a romantic, mystical wedding, with lots of flowers."

The Hills hottie, 24, had been engaged to Chicago Bears QB Jay Cutler, 28, for four months and together for about 10 months. They were planning a spring wedding, and Cavallari intended to move to Chicago for the upcoming NFL season.

A source close to the couple told X17online exclusively:

"Jay and his family were making fun of Kristin's dad's height a lot, and she got sick of it. That combined with a few other compatibility issues, lead them to break off the engagement."

The actress (and new mama to just-adopted baby daughter Eloise) made an appearance on NBC Today yesterday morning to promote her new book, and opened up on her feelings for ex-hubby, Charlie Sheen.

Richards confessed, "The man I fell in love with is very compassionate, humble and has a wonderful hear. And the behavior that a lot of us saw in the last six months is not the person I met and fell in love with. He's also a survivor and if anyone can pull themselves together, it's Charlie."

The actress is currently filming Gimme Shelter, in which she plays a homeless, pregnant, teenager who also happens to be a goth tomboy. “You all are going to be SHOCKED with how I look in this movie. It’s crazy sauce,” the 22-year-old shared on her Facebook page, just after cropping her mane.
