Not since 1990 have we heard so much buzz surrounding a movie called Total Recall, but now Colin Farrell is giving orginal star Arnold Schwarzenegger a run for his money!

We're now getting a sneak peek at the 35-year-old hottie in action on the set. The action flick, also starring Kate Beckinsale, Ethan Hawke and Jessica Biel, is being directed by Len Wiseman ... Ms. Beckinsale's hubby.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Farrell revealed the new version's "tone will be much less jokey."

Too bad Arnold won't be making a cameo. The former California governor has been busy dealing with his personal life and the fallout from his love child with housekeeper Mildred Baena. However, Arnold did make time just last night for a reunion with estranged wife Maria Shriver.

51-year-old actor Doug Hutchison -- best known for Lost and The Green Mile -- made headlines when he married 16-year-old aspiring singer Courtney Stodden last month.

Now, the two have given their first interview to Good Morning America in an attempt to clear up the bad buzz.

They bonded through a four-month courtship online, Hutchison says --and that at first he didn't realize Courtney was just 16. Honestly, based on how she looks, we didn't either (though Courtney insisted in the interview that she hasn't had plastic surgery.) Doug says:

"It [the Internet] was a very beautiful, unique way to get to know someone because we didn't have the distraction of the physicality."

The actor says Courtney's mom monitored his interaction with her daughter, and since there was no sexual talk or contact, their relationship was legal. For her part of the sit-down, Courtney says she is Christian.

"I was a virgin when I married him. I knew that if I kept that I would really be blessed with a beautiful gift, and God did. He blessed me with my soulmate. ... "I'm very mature for my age. I'm an old soul."

When asked if she married Doug in hopes of helping her singing career, the teenager says, "If it does that's just another beautiful blessing God hands to me."

But perhaps Courtney's most important contribution to the chat was the way she looked lovingly at her husband. And by "lovingly," we mean "borderline psychotically." Check it out at the 04:50 mark.

Catherine Zeta-Jones is hard at work on the Miami set of Rock of Ages, and director Adam Shankman couldn't wait to show one of his leading ladies in action. Hard to believe this character isn't even in the original Broadway production!

Michael Douglas' wife plays a conservative mayor's wife who is anti rock & roll. Some are comparing her look to congresswoman Michele Bachman ... known to be committed to promoting conservative values.

Shankman Tweeted this photo and the following:

Taylor Swift believes getting into the perfume business makes scents ... and we agree!

The country cutie has plans to launch the fragrance "Wonderstruck" described as a "charming and sparkling surprise of vibrant fruits, kissed by a bouquet of soft petals and a touch of sweet indulgence.” Sounds delish.

When asked about her upcoming scent, Swift said the following:

“A fragrance can help shape someone’s first impression and memory of you. It’s exciting to think that Wonderstruck will play a role in creating some of those memories."

How is Selma Blair still pregnant?!

The Portlandia actress is expecting her first child with fashion designer boyfriend Jason Bleick, but despite being ten days overdue, Selma showed no signs of slowing down.

The 39-year-old, wearing a flowing white maternity tie-top, skinny jeans, white flats and a red wrap bracelet, took her adorable daschund-mix puppy for a walk and grabbed iced tea from a local Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Los Angeles on Thursday.

But she also had a sweet surprise while out and about - she ran into fellow actor Breckin Meyer outside the coffee shop! The two looked super friendly chatting it up on the gorgeous LA summer day.

Both actors played minor roles in the 1998 teen cult classic Can't Hardly Wait - Breckin was the uncredited lead singer Walter while Selma played "Girl Mike Hits On #1."

This has not been an easy year for Eva Longoria! After filing for divorce last November and filing for Chapter 11 for her company Beso LLC, the Desperate Housewives star is now having to close her Las Vegas nightclub Eve.

The club closed its doors temporarily on Monday due to financial troubles, though there are hopes that it will reopen in the future. The nightspot is attached to Eva's Beso Steakhouse, which is profitable and will remain open.

Despite the sultry name, the club wasn't as popular as expected. Beso LLC actually filed for bankruptcy back in January and had to shut down now because it couldn't cover its $5.7 million debt. Things were so bad that the club was losing $76,000 each month.

Most Las Vegas visitors seemed to have little idea of Eva's financial woes - as recently as this past Fourth of July weekend, both the restaurant and club were being promoted in ads around Sin City. The actress owned one-third of the business.

Beso and Eve opened in 2009 as an expansion to Eva's original endeavors with celebrity chef Todd English - Beso and Kiss Nightclub in Hollywood.

Luck for Eva there are some investors interested in Eve - namely the infidelity dating site AshleyMadison.com. In a statement to Eva's lawyers, CEO Noel Biderman said:

"There is great potential in the location...a main barrier to Beso’s success was its branding as a singles’ club. We are extremely interested in stepping in to fill this void and with this letter we formally express our interest in exploring a potential acquisition with you that could hopefully take Beso LLC out of Chapter 11 protection. We are saddened to learn of your client Beso LLC and its owner Eva Longoria’s financial difficulties with respect to their hospitality venture and their Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing.”

Yes, you read that right. AshleyMadison.com, a dating site for those who are already married, is seeking out a company owned by Eva, who divorced her NBA hubby Tony Parker after a sexting scandal.

Sounds like a match made in heaven, doesn't it?

Emmy nominations came out Thursday, and buzz is growing around the fact that Katie Holmes is absent from the list.

The producer of miniseries The Kennedys tells The Hollywood Reporter that he's feeling "vindicated" now that the series got 10 noms -- more than the entire History Channel, which suddenly dropped the series in January after a campaign from the Kennedy family opposing it. Reelz Channel then picked up the The Kennedys and aired the series.

But while Greg Kinnear, Barry Pepper and Tom Wilkinson all got Emmy noms for playing JFK, Bobby Kennedy and Joe Kennedy respectively, Katie Holmes got no recognition for her performance as Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.

The producer, Michael Prupas, told THR he was "disappointed" by the absence of a nomination for Katie. “I thought Katie did a great job of interpreting what Jackie was," he said.

Lindsay Lohan did a late-night photo shoot with photog pal Tyler Shields in downtown LA Tuesday, and the pics are out!

And that's not all that's out ... Lindsay's breasts make a pretty prominent appearance in the shoot ... and they're getting manhandled!
