Ashton Kutcher opened up about his painful split from ex Demi Moore on Dax Shepard's Armchair Expert podcast, and the actor revealed that he retreated into nature when they made the decision to get a divorce.

"Right after I got divorced, I went to the mountains for a week by myself. I did no food, no drink — just water and tea. I took all my computers away, my phone, my everything. I was there by myself, so there was no talking. I just had a notepad, a pen and water and tea — for a week," he explained.

He also made amends with his past, and wrote a letter to all his exes that he felt he had lingering resentments with.

"I wrote down every single relationship that I had where I felt like there was some grudge or some anything, regret, anything. And I wrote letters to every single person, and on day seven, I typed them all out and then sent them,” he revealed.

If we were Demi, we'd just want him to shut his trap about it!

Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham is suing MTV parent company Viacom for $5 million, after she claims she was fired from the show because of her decision to get into the adult film industry.

In the court documents, the amateur porn star claims she was "wrongfully terminated her employment because she did not conform to gender stereotypes.” She also says that she had a heated confrontation with executive producer Morgan J. Freeman at her Texas home, in which she alleges she was “harassed, humiliated, discriminated against, disrespected, ridiculed, degraded and sex shamed” for her “recent decision to pursue opportunities in the adult entertainment industry.”

The reality star cites emotional pain, emotional suffering, mental anguish, loss of enjoyment of life and other damages in the lawsuit, as well as gender discrimination and a hostile work environment. She also wants the money she says is still owed to her from her contract.

The news follows a scathing Instagram post she wrote shortly after getting the boot.

"Never apologize for being an ambitious, confident, and strong minded women, as I become the best Farrah I can be, I won’t let a man or network be little me, try to break me, lie about who I am to my core, I’m bullied, surrounded & hurt by all the manipulation, I no longer will allow as a protective mother this vulgar behavior, these crews aren’t trust worthy this “mtv family” is a disgusting gang of power tripping failed producers & executives who have failed," she wrote.

"Thank you for canceling my dating show, purposely provoking made up hate to try to limit my episodes your actions have consequences like teen mom should have made you aware.I am the moment, the best story line, the Best Farrah I can be, and it’s disgusting, horrible that Viacom, Larry, Morgan & cast members over the 10 years I’ve worked with them always plot, schemes, spew their false, jealousy, hateful, discrimination & harass someone for their sexual freedoms. I will no longer allow this hateful horrible show around my family, it’s sad producers ruin their top leading networks show because they let their ego, politics, hate, discrimination & horrible sexual harassment behavior ruin a show," she continued.

"Statistically I am the 1 out of 10 teen mom who over came the struggles & difficulties and excel, I’ve shown my life to the upmost so we all can watch a grow as I’ve done this @Viacom doesn’t stay true to the social cause, my social justice has been served in fighting the horrible stigma surrounding being a teen mom. My brand has Out shined the Teen Mom brand I’m not glamorizing teen pregnancy my brand and who I am is fashionable, with class , makeup etc, this is how I was raised & if that’s Glamorous then let it be! I started this show & i’ve out grown the show & moving on from this show. I’m not stuck down in a teen mom pit with fake friends, relationships, horrible producing, not safe for my child environments, unlawful ethics & companies, depression,etc. I don’t conduct myself like Viacom’s horrible disgusting ethics & I certainly am raising my daughter to treat people better then MTV’s horrible behavior, our next generation should learn to love humans & treat each other with kindness. Thanks Be To God🙌🏼❤️," she concluded.

Wendy Williams is suffering from thyroid issues and complications of Grave's disease, which is forcing her to take a three week hiatus from her talk show, she announced on Wednesday's episode.

"Graves’ disease squeezes the muscles behind the eyeballs,” she explained, adding that it has made her eyeballs twitch. "My doctor has prescribed — are you ready? — as of today, three weeks of vacation. What? Who are you? I was pissed. I’ll be back in two. I’m not an heiress — who is going to pay my bills? Are you serious? I’m just saying, I come from working class," she added.

"What I want to say to women, more than men, is stop putting everyone first because if we’re not good, they’re not good,” she concluded.

She has the full support of her network behind her.

"Wendy is a true champion and has never missed a day of work. But her health and well-being must be put before all else. Wendy has been openly dealing with her Graves’ Disease for many years in addition to hyperthyroidism. Yesterday, Wendy’s doctor prescribed a necessary three weeks of rest to get her levels and medication in sync. The show will be in repeats during this unplanned hiatus. A live show was produced today so that Wendy could speak directly to her fans and explain her condition," a show rep told People.

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have decided to take some pressure off their relationship, and aren't trying desperately to get pregnant anymore after over a year of trying to conceive.

"Blake and Gwen have decided to put plans to have a baby on hold. Their feeling is if it happens naturally, great. But they’ve decided to not focus on it for the time being," a source dished to Us Weekly.

"Blake is extremely attentive, loving and doting towards Gwen and the boys. Blake has always wanted children. And he’s great with Gwen’s kids, which prompted them wanting their own. He is completely at peace with the prospect of not having any biological children of his own,” the source added.

The No Doubt songstress wouldn't want to have another child out of wedlock, though.

"Gwen is very traditional and wouldn’t want to be pregnant without being married. Their relationship has grown and matured into a stable, loving union. The need to get married and have kids isn’t the priority it once was," the insider revealed.

"Revenge porn — posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images — is a crime, a civil wrong and a form of domestic abuse. It’s also a cruel attempt to slut shame women for being sexual," lawyer Lisa Bloom told Us Weekly.

"We have to change this culture of abuse and assault against women. Today’s post saddens me deeply as it is an attack not only against my client but my friend. Why do we think it’s acceptable to sell, or publish, or seek revenge, or blackmail women in this way and without their consent? It’s not," her other lawyer Walter Mosley wrote on social media.
