Pittsburg Steelers wide receiver and the most recent winner of Dancing With the Stars Hines Ward was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Georgia early Saturday morning.

The pro footballer player, 35, was booked on a DUI charge at the DeKalb County jail near Atlanta at 3:41 am today and later released on $1000 bail.

"Hines is deeply saddened by this incident and apologizes to his fans and the Steelers organization for this distraction," his agent/manager Andrew Ree says in a statement.

However, Ree claims the Hines wasn't intoxicated at the time of the arrest: "From our preliminary investigation we can tell you that we are confident that the facts will show that Hines was NOT impaired by alcohol while driving."

Jessica Alba should be due in a month or so now and she's finally starting to look as if her second child may come before summer's end!

The usually slender mother-of-one kept her slim figure throughout the first two trimesters but it's as if her baby bump blossomed overnight and now we can visualize her due date getting closer.

Paris looks like a Dominatrix Barbie in this new dark and sexy photo spread for V Magazine's upcoming "Transformation" Issue.

The heiress opens up to the mag on growing up in clubs and how she quickly earned her "socialite" status, exclaiming:

"I moved to New York when I was 15 and got invited to all these clubs and parties, and this whole socialite scene opened up for me—that’s when it all changed. I didn’t listen to them, I did what I wanted, and the rest is history.”

Hilton also opened up about her reality TV career -- she's come a long way since The Simple Life! Paris expressed:

"They told me to play a character: Green Acres meets Clueless. It was comfortable, because I was shy and I could hide behind that persona. In The World According to Paris I get to use my real voice. I love [the show] because it's showing more of the real me, as a businesswoman. I wanted to show what its like to be in my world."

We love it too!

Hilton added, "I'm very fun, and I'm very daring. I don't copy anybody. I'm like my own Barbie doll!".

The first trailer is out for Adam Sandler's upcoming comedy Jack and Jill in which he plays a man ... and that man's twin sister.

This is old hat for Sandler ... he used to cross-dress on Saturday Night Live, and as usual he's cast many of his friends in bit parts in the movie.

David Beckham and his boys seem ready to play a game at all times. Beckham and his sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz all wore workout clothes as they spent some time in Malibu Thursday.

To keep cool in the heat, the soccer star bought his sons a few slushies, while he enjoyed a classic ice cream cone. So cute to see what a hands-on dad David is!

The matriarch of the group, Victoria Beckham, is due to give birth to the family's first girl any day now! We feel bad for whoever the little lady dates one day ... that person will have a lot of intimidating men to impress!

Paris and Nicky Hilton spend a relaxing Friday afternoon doing what the love best ... shopping!

It's nice to see Paris so happy and relaxed, after facing that whole stalking ordeal during her Fourth of July weekend at her Malibu home.

The Heiress recently posted a statement on her website thanking her bodyguards for doing such a great job and catching the creep.

HIlton expressed: "Unfortunately, this past weekend, the man who confronted me at an L.A. courthouse last spring, came to my home in Malibu. Although it was another scary situation, I have a great security system and four 24-hour bodyguards who helped stop him before he could do any harm. Everything is fine now and I know it's going to be a great summer. Everyone stay safe and have fun!"

Rebecca Gayheart is pregnant with her second child.

Gayheart and husband Eric Dane are adding to their family, which already includes daughter Billie Beatrice, who was born in March 2010.

Gayheart, 39, and Dane, 38, married in October 2004.

In a strange twist of timing, it was announced yesterday that Kari Ann Peniche, a beauty queen who came into the public eye in 2009 after a tape of she, Gayheart and Dane naked in a hotel room hit the Internet, is pregnant. Peniche's husband, whom she married in February, is demanding a paternity test and has reportedly filed for divorce.

Peniche appeared on VH1's Sex Rehab With Dr. Drew in 2009, but was kicked off for violating rules of the program.

Kat Von D took her guy friends out for a juicy steak dinner at Boa in LA, and the sexy LA Ink star looked like she was having a blast -- minus Jesse James.

The second half of the fourth season of LA Ink is set to premiere on July 28, and the eight new episodes will focus on the last nine months of Kat’s life -- including her engagement to James.

It was rumored the reality star and her Monster Garage finacé had recently split, but the pair confirmed they are still very much in love, with James expressing: "We're still going strong. Things are completely good with us. Everything is on track. I am absolutely more in love today than I was a year ago. She's the one for me"

James and Von D are set to tie the knot sometime in August, on the one year anniversary in which they started dating.
