Despite being unhappy about Ashton Kutcher replacing him on Two And A Half Men, Charlie Sheen might be winning after all.

The actor has signed a deal for a new sitcom with Lionsgate Television, RadarOnline reports. A source is quoted as saying: "Charlie's character will be very similar to the one he played on Two And a Half Men, however the show will be a lot racier."

Reportedly, networks and cable channels are currently placing bids for the show, with TBS being the frontrunner. If the show is going to be "racier," cable makes sense -- there are less restrictions on cable channels when it comes to profanity, sexual situations, etc.

According to the report, Sheen will make less money up front for this show than he did with Two And A Half Men because Lionsgate didn't want to put in a lot of money with the risk of him having another meltdown.

But, Sheen supposedly has a better deal than he did with Two And A Half Men in that if the show is a success, he'll make more money in the end -- he has a higher stake in this show.

Anne Hathaway, who looks breathtaking on the cover of Harper's Bazaar's latest issue, is responding to James Franco's comments during his recent appearance on Letterman ... in which he described her a "tasmanian devel." Franco's harsh words referred to his experience working alongside the 28-year-old actress while hosting the Oscars.

Ms. Hathaway tells the mag:

“I let James know that a whirling dervish is a more flattering comparison than a Tasmanian devil. I called him, and we e-mailed a bit. In the grand scheme of things, I got to have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I met great people, wore beautiful clothes. And I got to put on a show. I don’t see a downside. Anyone who disliked my personality probably disliked my personality before the Oscars.”

A Michigan law firm is suing Lady Gaga for supposedly being deceptive about her Japan earthquake relief efforts.

1-800-LAW-FIRM filed a class action lawsuit against Gaga for allegedly keeping a portion of the proceeds from the sale of her We Pray For Japan wristbands, arguing that buyers assumed all of the proceeds were going to earthquake relief.

The firm says Gaga should be held accountable for her actions. The wristbands cost $5, and the firm's automated phone message says it has "uncovered evidence" that not all of the proceeds were donated to relief efforts. It urges others to join the lawsuit.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie took their brood to Splashwater Park in Malta on Monday, and X17 has the exclusive pics!

Brad and Angie were out with all the kids -- they're such hands-on parents! They took a dip in the water too, with Angie donning a wetsuit. Jolie toted Vivienne, while Pitt carried Knox through the park. Our photographers tell us the group went to see the dolphins swimming in the park's pool.

Brad is working hard filming World War Z in Malta, but he's also taking time out for his family. The couple has a rule that only one of them can work at a time so that the other can spend time with the kids.
