Nicole Richie was in the audience at Britney Spears' concert last night at the Staples Center, and we have a feeling she was scoping out more of Brit's moves!

In a video posted by Nicole, Harlow and Sparrow's mom proved she's got rhythm ... especially when it involves a Britney Spears dance off. In addition to the video, Nicole Tweeted:

"In honor of my queen, @BritneySpears - Can't wait to dance tonight!"

We'll admit, Ms. Richie's workout classes with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson are paying off.

Bam Margera, who is grieving over the death of his friend and Jackass costar Ryan Dunn, is blasting film critic Roger Ebert for, what many are calling, an insensitive Tweet.

Dunn and his passenger were killed in a car accident in Pennsylvania early yesterday morning after he lost control of his 2007 Porsche 911 GT3. Just hours before the accident, the Jackass star had posted a photo of himself on Twitter drinking with pals at a bar.

In response to Dunn's death, film critic Roger Ebert Tweeted:

"Ryan Dunn, RIP. His Porsche flew through 40 yards of trees...Friends don't let jackasses drink and drive."

Following Ebert's Tweet, Margera Tweeted the following:

"I just lost my best friend, I have been crying hysterical for a full day and piece of s*** Roger Ebert has the gall to put in his 2 cents about a jackass drunk driving."

While nice and comfy inside her Venice beach house, Lindsay Lohan found the time to tape a commercial for the internet clothing site Beezid.

The 24-year-old starlet has been under house arrest for stealing a necklace from a Venice jewelry store. Lilo was originally sentenced to jail, however due to reported overcrowding, she was able to serve her time at home.

Linds reportedly was offered $25,000 to shoot the Beezid commercial, but turned it down. The company came back with a better offer, and Lilo signed on the dotted line. Guess it pays to be under house arrest.

Cameron Diaz has been on a whirlwind press tour for Bad Teacher (costarring her ex-BF of three years Justin Timberlake) but she still manages to look fresh-faced and gorgeous despite all the traveling!

The sexy star went in to the David Letterman Show in NYC on Monday wearing black cigarette pants and a swinging bolero jacket, but left in a sexy turquoise minidress that placed those famous long legs on full display. Loves!

Diaz is probably pretty stoked to be staying in NYC for a bit, considering it's the home base for her NY Yankee's BF, A-Rod. Cam has been running around Europe and Russia on a press tour for Teacher with her ex, so some nice quality time with her main man is much needed!

Sexy Miss Seyfried stepped out in ultra-short shorts as she popped into her local CVS in Hollywood on Monday.

It looks like the Riding Hood star is bringing "pale" back these days, but really, who cares? She looks great, and staying out of the sun to prevent harmful rays is always a fashion do!

Seyfried and Ryan Phillippe broke off their 8-month relationship about two weeks ago, but the gorgeous star may not be totally single just yet.

The actress was spotted with her Mamma Mia costar, Dominic Cooper, shopping at Barney's New York in West Hollywood on Sunday looking very much the cozy couple again! She was also spotted attending his premiere of The Devil's Double in LA ... check out the pics below!

Seyfried and Cooper's romance ended badly, with the actress telling Elle mag, "I got my heart broken pretty hard. After that, it's really hard to open myself up to a new person. Really hard." They were spotted dancing and chatting at one of Harvey Weinstein's parties earlier this year, but Amanda was still with Ryan at the time (though he was nowhere in site...)

Apparently Cooper was involved with someone else when they began dating, but we're certain Seyfried will have no problem finding an unattached man who's crazy for her!

Eva Mendes is a girl who likes clothes so much, when she buys something new, she must change mid-shop!

Mendes started out the day in a rather drab mood, choosing a long brown dress and matching bag to start her day in West Hollywood. But once the Last Night star started shopping, she quickly changed into a sunny yellow shirtdress and nude-colored hobo bag.

Much better!

Miss Mendes was on her way to a meeting, and we think this bright new hue will make her gorgeous self stand out even more.

Paris Hilton and boyfriend Cy Waits did not call it quits on their relationship, contrary to various online reports.

A source close to the 30-year-old heiress tells X17online exclusively:

"Paris and Cy aren't broken up. They are just taking a break to think about things. They love each other very much."

Hilton and Waits, a club owner in Vegas, began dating last spring following her breakup with Doug Reinhardt. The two also star together on Paris' new reality show on Oxygen ... The World According To Paris.

As for why they have decided to take a break, the source adds:

"It's just been hard on them with their relationship being exposed on national television. Cy isn't comfortable in the limelight. This is all very new to him. Plus with all the traveling with Paris' busy schedule, it makes it hard for him to do his business. Paris and Cy both love and respect each other a lot, but they just need time to figure things out."
