Nearly one year after their divorce was finalized, a report claims a sex tape featuring LeAnn Rimes and Dean Sheremet may be released soon.

Rimes married Eddie Cibrian in April of this year, after the couple left their respective partners for each other during the filming of a Lifetime movie, and Rimes is allegedly livid over the tape possibly leaking. Sheremet on the other hand, seems more laid-back about the situation.

Rimes ex-hubby said of the alleged tape: "Things like this happen!. We were married for 8 years. We did a lot of s--t!"

Yikes!

A rep for Rimes released a statement denying the tapes existence, saying: "LeAnn has absolutely never filmed a video having sex."

The country singer also took to her Twitter after the news broke, expressing: "There are rumors of a 'sex tape. I have never filmed myself having sex on tape, period. Haven't joined that club LOL!"

The ex-pair's "sex tape" was found in a moving truck, according to Star magazine, so we don't see how it can actually be released, since it isn't up for sale by its alleged owners.

Model and actress Estella Warren is facing four misdemeanors in connection with her arrest in LA back on May 23.

On that night, Warren was taken into custody after a bizarre incident that involved hit-and-run, driving under the influence and escaping from the cops.

Warren, 32, has been charged with hit-and-run, DUI, battery on a police officer and resisting a police officer.

An LA Sheriff's rep confirms that Warren was "uncooperative in custody" and even managed to break out of her handcuffs ... briefly escaping.

Back in 2007, Warren was arrested for DUI. The blonde Planet of the Apes actress will be back in court on June 17 for her arraignment.

The reality star landed in LAX on Thursday amidst rumors she’s been cheating on new fiancé, Kris Humphries, with NFL player Bret Lockett.

A celebrity news mag is threatening to print a story with the headline: ‘Stop the Wedding! Kim Caught Cheating!’. The magazine claims they have proof Miss K cheated on her soon-to-be hubby with the NFL player.

Despite Kim threatening legal action, and claiming the story is 100% false, they aren't backing down from running the cover feature. Lockett is also backing up the claim he's had a fling with Kardashian.

Good thing Kim and Kris just signed a prenup!

Vanessa Minnillo looked like an anxious future bride as she made her way to the Monique Lhuillier boutique in LA on Thursday.

Nick Lachey's fiancé arrived between 3 – 6 pm, and an X17 photographer tells us:

"Vanessa looked stunning as she entered the Beverly Hills boutique. She seems so excited and like she really wanted to make this a special day."

Nick and Vanessa have been dating since 2006, with a brief split in 2009. The 98 Degrees singer popped the question near a beach in California, with a huge Asscher-cut diamond ring, flanked with trapezoids.

The reality starlet confirmed earlier this week that she will be staying in Los Angeles with son Hank Jr., even if hubby Hank Baskett's football career takes him to play with the Minnesota Vikings. The two married in 2009.
