It might be a good idea to draw up some paperwork!
Travis Scott, Scott Disick, and Tristan Thompson all have no formal custody agreements in writing for the children that they share - or are soon to be sharing - with the Kardashian-Jenner girls, TMZ reports. That means that the rapper, the reality star, and the NBA player are relying on their baby mamas to do the right thing in the event of soured relationship, which is risky to say the least.
Kourt and The Lord split a while ago, but they share custody of their three children. It's never really been an issue, except for when he was going off the deep on a wild alcohol bender, and the 38-year-old withheld visits from their brood until he sobered up.
As for financials, we'd think the K clan would want to protect their fortunes! Specifically Kylie, who was just crowned the richest member of the family thanks to her $386 million LipKit business. It's projected that it will turn into a billion dollar empire by 2022, too!
In case you were wondering - Travis' net worth is around $8 million, Scott's is $12 million, and Tristan's is $9 million.

We doubt the Batman star OK'd this!
Ben Affleck's dad Tim is speaking out about his son's struggles, and he says the pressure of Tinseltown is to blame for most of them!
"Hollywood is a disgusting place! I’m not a big fan of the entertainment world. I know it’s taken its toll [on Ben]. You’re kind of forced to develop a persona that is hard to shed and go home to your family. It affects your whole life. I think that’s one of the dangers of the film industry," he told Radar.
The Oscar winner has previously described watching his father drink "all day, every day," and Tim doesn't deny that his own battle with the bottle could have had an impact on Ben.
"That may have had some influence. Growing up I saw my parents drink. Everyone was doing it. [I thought], Why not? Everyone has their own demons, their own baggage. I think there are other problems in the entertainment field that can cause you to be unhappy," he explained.
The two have bonded over their shared hardships, too.
"I know what he’s going through. Of course we speak about it, and we do have a shared history, at least in terms of struggle. Ben’s always been serious about getting sober. He wants a balanced life and he’s working at it," he revealed.
He doesn't blame Jennifer Garner in the slightest for giving up on the A-lister, either.
"I want Ben to be happy, but I don’t believe a woman can straighten him out! I don’t necessarily believe one person should be with someone forever. Some people might, but history has proven it often doesn’t work," he expressed.
We have a feeling pops is getting a phone call after this one!

Uma Thurman released this footage from her car crash while filming Kill Bill, and she blames Harvey Weinstein and others for trying to cover it up after the fact.
"I post this clip to memorialize it’s full exposure in the nyt by Maureen Dowd. the circumstances of this event were negligent to the point of criminality. i do not believe though with malicious intent. Quentin Tarantino, was deeply regretful and remains remorseful about this sorry event, and gave me the footage years later so i could expose it and let it see the light of day, regardless of it most likely being an event for which justice will never be possible. he also did so with full knowledge it could cause him personal harm, and i am proud of him for doing the right thing and for his courage." she wrote.
"THE COVER UP after the fact is UNFORGIVABLE. for this i hold Lawrence Bender, E. Bennett Walsh, and the notorious Harvey Weinstein solely responsible. they lied, destroyed evidence, and continue to lie about the permanent harm they caused and then chose to suppress. the cover up did have malicious intent, and shame on these three for all eternity. CAA never sent anyone to Mexico. i hope they look after other clients more respectfully if they in fact want to do the job for which they take money with any decency," she added.
Director Quentin Tarantino says pressuring the actress into doing her own stunt was a huge mistake.

The feud continues!
Wendy Williams slammed Kim Kardashian for debuting newborn daughter Chicago West in Kylie Jenner's pregnancy video, and the talk show host really seems to have it out for the reality star.
"Also in the video we saw Chicago West for the first time, which is Kim and Kanye’s new daughter, which I thought was selfish. This is Kylie’s moment to do Kylie’s thing and then Kim just showed up with the baby. I think it’s selfish," she told the audience while discussing the 11-minute long clip during her show on Monday.
This isn't the first time the daytime queen has gone after Kimmy K, either! She dissed her for posting those naked pics the other week, and even dragged Yeezy into it! "It is clear that Kanye does not pay attention to you. It’s clear to me that you’re desperately trying to stay in the spotlight," Wendy quipped.

Proud grandparents!
Caitlyn and Kris Jenner have finally broken their silence on Kylie Jenner's new baby, and it sounds like they're over the moon!
The I Am Cait star was noticeably absent from the LipKit queen's pregnancy video, but apparently they're still close.
"My daughter just had a daughter. It’s amazing to be by your side through this journey. She’s SO beautiful already. Can’t wait to watch her grow. Throwback to my baby, as a baby @kyliejenner," the transgender star captioned a baby photo of Kylie on Instagram.
The momager is slowly starting to open up about the family's latest addition, too. She spoke with reporters at the Rachel Zoe Collection Presentation and Dinner at The Jeremy Hotel in Los Angeles last night, and revealed the best advice she's given to her daughter. "Enjoy every second. I think she’s excited," she told Us Weekly. "She’s amazing. An amazing mom," she added to People.
The K clan matriarch also explained how Kylie's pregnancy video montage reduced her to tears! "I was bawling! I was crying so hard, especially at the end. And I still cry," she confessed.
People are still speculating on the baby's name, but a lot of people think it will be Butterfly!

It can't be 24/7 auntie duty!
Kendall Jenner joined Kourtney Kardashian and her boy toy Younes Bendjima for dinner at Nobu in Malibu last night, after they spent the last few days bonding with Kylie's new baby girl.
They are the only two members of the K clan that won't welcome babies this year, but they're cool with that. Kourt already has three kids, and Kenny is in no rush to settle down.
In fact, a source tells X17:
"Kendall loves Kylie and can see how happy she is since becoming a mom, but she still thinks she was too young to have a baby. They have always been really different, but Kendall thinks Kylie was in a rush to grow up and she's going to regret it. Kylie's life will now be all about feedings and sleep schedules, when Kendall thinks she should have enjoyed her 20s and dated around a bit before settling down."
These two are the only ones that have enough freedom for a night on the town these days!

She's already getting visitors!
Tyler the Creator dropped by Kris Jenner's Hidden Hills mansion to hang out with Kylie and Travis and meet their new baby girl yesterday, and he's probably the first of many friends that the little one will be introduced to in the coming days. The LipKit queen has been staying at her mom's place since giving birth last Thursday, and she's expected to be there for the next several weeks.
Kim is over the moon about her new niece, and couldn't help but gush about her younger sibling becoming a mom on her app.
"Mommy Kylie!!! You did it!!! I’m so incredibly proud of the woman you have grown up to be and I know that you are going to be the best mom to your new baby girl! Our girls are two weeks apart and I can’t wait for them to be besties!†Kardashian, who welcomed daughter Chicago with husband Kanye West via surrogate on January 15, continued. “I am so proud that you do what you want to do and live your life the way you want, you will pass down all of those amazing qualities to your baby girl. You were made to be a mom! I love you!†she wrote.
The 20-year-old shocked everyone on Super Bowl Sunday by announcing the arrival of her daughter, after keeping her whole pregnancy a secret from the world.
"She very much enjoys being out of the spotlight and can’t wait to spend quiet time with the baby. She doesn’t seem in any rush to get back to a more public life. She is not selling baby pictures. She has a baby name," a source dished to People.
Fans think the makeup mogul has named her daughter Butterfly, after she's dropped multiple hints with her jewelry, tattoos, and nursery theme.
All of this makes us think... has anyone heard from Tyga?!
