Holmes looked ravishing in electric purple as she glided into the event. The actress wasn't nominated, but she was there to support her fellow thespians.

The Drama Desk was created to "explore key issues of the theater community" and actually helped launch the careers of many successful actors and playwrights. Dustin Hoffman even signed onto The Graduate just days after receiving his 1966 DD award.

Ryan Seacrest revealed on his LA radio show early Monday, "She recorded most of the album in a studio — on wheels. After her shows she’d hop into a converted bus, that had a studio in it, and record tracks all night as they rolled down the highway to her next stop, and then early in the morning, they’d pull over and she’d get out of that converted bus and onto her sleeping bus and rest as much as she could until rolling into another city for another show.”

The 37-year-old Gold Medal Olympian said in a statement:

"After doing an honest evaluation of myself, I recognize that there are certain issues that I need to work on. Like everyone, I have my flaws, and I do not want to be one of those people that is afraid to admit and address those flaws. I am confident that with the support of my family and friends, I will become a stronger, healthier person."

The announcement comes on the heels of a cryptic message the boxing champ recently posted on his Twitter, revealing: "Stop finding excuses not to live. life is controlled by what you make of it and not of what it makes of you."

De La Hoya won an Olympic gold medal for boxing in 1992, and retired in 2009 with a career record of 39 wins in the ring.

It's pretty safe to assume Zach Galifianakis' name can be crossed off the long list of January Jones' possible baby daddies.

The star of The Hangover, Part II, recalled his irritating encounter with the expectant Mad Men actress in an interview with Shortlist recently:

"[January] and I were very rude to each other. It was crazy. I was at a party — I’d never met her — and she was like, 'Come sit down.' So I sit at her table and talk for ten minutes, and she goes, 'I think it’s time for you to leave now.'"

What did the comedian respond with?

"So I say, 'January, you are an actress in a show and everybody’s going to forget about you in a few years, so fucking be nice,' and I got up and left."

But that's not the end of it ... Galifianakis adds that if a script were offered to him requiring a sex scene with the actress, he wouldn't want anything to do with it.

"I wouldn't want to. I'd hate it."
