Without a prenup, Arnold Schwarzenegger may have to pay Maria Shiver some major bucks … if they decide to divorce.

In fact, Shriver and Schwarzenegger's split could be the most expensive in Hollywood history.

The fact that the ex-governor fathered a love child with his housemaid during the marriage could hit the actor's pocket really hard. Under California law, if the prenup does not stand up, the couple would have to split their net worth evenly.

Although no divorce plans have been announced, Shriver isn't wasting any time. The ex NBC news anchor has already hired one of Hollywood's top divorce lawyers, Laura Wasser.

Justin Bieber broke a million Biebettes' hearts when he packed on the PDA with GF Selena Gomez at the Billboard Music Awards, Sunday night in Las Vegas.

Bieber, who won six awards last night, went in for a kiss after his first win, but missed and got his lady's neck instead. After his second win "The Biebes" made sure he didn't miss, kissing Gomez smack on the lips for the world to see. Awww!

Hollywood's youngest power couple didn't walk the red carpet together, (she in a sexy black Dolce & Gabbana gown, he in a solid gold tux) but sharing a big public smooch during the event showed the Baby singer's fans he's definitely taken!

We find it hilarious that lil' Honor is carrying not only an Ellen purse ... but also a Princess and the Frog Disney handbag. Kind of random ... but she's got some good taste!

Paltrow's talks for a record deal with Atlantic Records has recently gone kaput, according to reports. Did the execs accidentally see Country Strong?

The Oscar winner was close to a deal in March with Atlantic Records, after her Glee cover of Cee Lo Green's F*** You! was a huge hit on iTunes.

A source revealed to Page Six: "Atlantic bosses were very interested, and [Atlantic owner] Warner chief Lyor Cohen was very supportive. But then the talks halted and the deal fizzled out. There was a rumor that Paltrow wanted $1 million to sign, but that is a ridiculous figure. Atlantic is still interested in signing her."

Paltrow's rep said in a statement: "Atlantic was not the only company pursuing her, and she still has not decided if she wants to record an album. It is still something she is considering."
