Pink was NOT feeling the pink horses she spotted on the beach in Malibu yesterday so she took to Twitter to alert local animal activists about a music video being shot at Leo Carrillo state beach.

Pink didn't know it until Selena fans Tweeted back, that it was a music video for the Disney star. Pink replied to Gomez's fans, saying: "Artists should be more aware responsible for their actions." And later: "whether u r a fan of mine or whomEVER's, i won't stop speaking out about animal cruelty. i've taken responsibility in the past, so should she."

Meanwhile, Selena's rep said: "It was important to the Production Company, Record Label and Ms. Gomez that no animals were harmed and all proper precautions were taken. A non toxic, vegetable based powder paint was applied via an airbrush and removed with water. An official from the Humane Society was on set supervising."

PETA disagreed with the production company's claims the dye was safe for the animals, saying in a statement: "There are no safe ways to paint a live horse or any animal; they can have painful allergic reactions to chemicals and there’s no way to know how an individual animal will react. Also, subjecting skittish animals like horses to extended periods of restraint and spraying is stressful and frightening."

MGM and Screen Gems have announced they're re-making the hit 1976 movie Carrie, which was based on Stephen King's book of the same name.

Now, the famed author is naming who he thinks should play the lead, Carrie (originally played by Sissy Spacek), and it's Lindsay Lohan!

King actually said he liked the original so much that he doesn't even think there should be a re-make. But, he says the only thing that would attract him to the idea is Lindsay in the role! He told Entertainment Weekly:

“I’ve heard rumblings about a Carrie remake ... The real question is why, when the original was so good? ... Although Lindsay Lohan as Carrie … hmmm. It would certainly be fun to cast.”

In the film, high school outcast Carrie deals with a mentally unstable mother and develops telekinetic powers. At prom, she uses her powers to get revenge on the peers who teased her.

Lindsay has been trying to get her movie career going again; she landed a small role in Gotti: Three Generations.

Apparently so! In England, where hubby Chris Martin is from, Gwyn stopped by BBC One's Graham Norton Show and showed off her rapping skills by reciting Ice Cube's opening verse of "Gangsta Gangsta" by N.W.A.

We would say she should take those skills to her guest stints on Glee, but Gwyn dropped an f-bomb in there, and we're guessing Fox wouldn't air that.
