Avril Lavigne doesn't want things complicated.

So, the singer is selling her eight-bedroom Bel-Air mansion; the house that used to be home to her and ex-hubby Deryck Whibley. The couple divorced six months ago; they were married for three years.

The Mediterranean-style casa costs a cool $9.5 million, and at 12,184 square feet features a gym, 10-car garage, staff quarters, wine cellar, tasting room, pool and spa.

And this house has quite a history ... Lavigne, who is currently dating Brody Jenner, bought the place from a now-divorced couple ...

Leo DiCaprio and his supermodel girlfriend Bar Refaeli announced their split last week, and now the Titanic star has moved on to Gossip Girl hottie Blake Lively, according to PageSix.

A source tells the site the sexy duo were seen getting cozy at the Hotel du Cap Eden Roc. PageSix adds:

"She was wearing white and he was in a baseball cap. They walked around the grounds together. It looked like they were a couple."

Blake and Leo reportedly met late last year after being introduced by director Baz Luhrmann.

Patrick Schwarzenegger is feeling the effects of his dad's infidelity, and Arnold's 17-year-old son is voicing his sadness via Twitter. Patrick Tweets:

"Some days you feel like sh*t, some days you want to quit and just be normal for a bit, yet I love my family till death do us apart. #family"

Patrick, the founder of charitable organization Project 360, Tweeted just last week after news surfaced that his parents, the former governor and Maria Shriver, were splitting after 25 years.

We're a bit disappointed with Lady Gaga's new track, "Hair," which just hit the web. It's got a decent beat, but it sounds like just another dance track. We worry that Lady love is churning out too many tunes too quickly. She needs a creative break. "Bad Romance" moved our feet, "You and I" broke our hearts ... blow our minds, Gaga! Please!

Arnold Schwarzenegger admitted Monday night to fathering a child out of wedlock 10 years ago. Seems like 2001 was a busy year for the Governator ... here he is that same year looking very cozy with an unidentified woman. The scene was the parking lot behind Cafe Roma, where Schwarzenegger just lunched with pal Sylvester Stallone over the weekend.

In 2003, as Schwarzennegger's campaign for governor of California was underway, 12-16 women came forward with various accusations of sexual improprieties occurring between 1975 - 2000. The complaints were published by The Los Angeles Times, which conducted a seven-week investigation into sexual harassment allegations against the actor.

Schwarzenegger allegedly groped a woman's buttocks, touched another's breast and tried to remove one's swimsuit in a hotel elevator. Arnold settled with one accuser, a British TV personality, Anna Richardson, in 2006.

Wife Maria Shriver stood by his side during the scandal, a crucial factor in the actor being elected to office.

The actor said at the time:

"Yes, I have behaved badly some times, yes it is true that I was on rowdy movie sets. I have done things I thought were playful that now I recognize that I have offended people. ... I want to say to them that I am deeply sorry because that is not what I was trying to do. When I am governor I will prove to them that I will be a champion for women. I hope you will give me the chance to prove this."
