A probation report released Wednesday reveals Lohan did consume alcohol the night she had an "incident" with a Betty Ford employee, and she failed the random alcohol test given after leaving rehab.

The report cites local police interviews with restaurant and nightclub employees who testify the actress was drinking alcohol the night she sneaked out of Betty Ford in December.

Lohan also tested positive for alcohol in February, just a week after she was forced to return the allegedly stolen necklace to the LAPD.

After her court appearance early today, Lohan has been ordered to undergo psychological counseling in lieu of more rehab, and she'll also serve a four-month jail term (she will likely serve most of that time under house arrest) and community service.

For now, Lindsay will not be randomly tested for drug and alcohol use.

Reality star Bethenny Frankel is being sued by her former managers, The Hollywood Reporter says.


THR reported in March that Frankel, star of Bravo's Bethenny Ever After and, formerly, of The Real Housewives of New York, made $120 million from the sale of her Skinnygirl cocktail brand to Jim Beam. Now she is being sued by her ex-managers, Raw Talent, who claim they helped her grow the Skinnygirl brand and have been cut out of the profits.

"She expressly represented that any agreement relating to the exploitation of the Skinnygirl Cocktail Brand would be commissionable under their management agreement," the complaint says.

Raw Talent says Frankel fired them in November 2008, just days before she signed her deal to first develop and market Skinnygirl. The company says it is now owed 10 percent of the $120 million deal. In addition, it wants $100 million in punitive damages.

Will and Kate reportedly arrived via private jet, which could easily cost $100,000. The private island resort has 16 villas that cost between $3,800 and $5,700 a night, with the presidential villa at $14,400 a night. If the royals want ultimate privacy by being the only ones on the island, especially for security reasons, they could have spent $800,000 on lodging.

And everywhere they go, Will and Kate need security; such security costs the royal family about $80 million a year in total. For this vacation, including transportation and lodging, it could costs hundreds of thousands of dollars easily.

Each villa has a private pool, Jacuzzi, butler, chef and personal buggy for transportation. Guests can eat all-organic foods prepared by their chefs, or dine from a 60-foot perch in a banyan tree house at one of the resort's two restaurants. So, Will and Kate can check "dine from a 60-foot perch in a banyan tree house" off their bucket lists.

To relax, Kate could enjoy an organic spa treatment, with native pineapple, vanilla bean, coconut milk, and avocado that is picked within two hours of use. Or, Will could join her for a couple’s massage named the “Lanmour Honeymoon” for $865.

Ultimately, the vacation looks like it could easily tally to almost $1 million. So, you know, just about $100,000 a day. That's pretty average for a honeymoon, right?

A controversial documentary about Princess Diana's death will debut at The Cannes Film Festival in France, which began Wednesday and runs through May 22.

The film, Unlawful Killing, alleges that Diana knew and told friends the British royal family was conspiring to kill her, and that her death was murder. The 90-minute movie is backed by Mohammed Fayed, whose son Dodi, Diana's lover, was also killed in the crash.

British theaters have refused to show the film due to its graphic content, some of which is hinted at in the trailer. The film supposedly shows a photo of Diana as she lays dying after the crash in a Paris tunnel.

In a column over the weekend, director Keith Allen wrote that British lawyers insisted on 87 cuts to the film before a UK release could be considered. So, Allen decided to show the film cut-free in France instead.
