After a long and controversial courtship, LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian tied the knot Friday evening at a private Malibu estate.

It is the second marriage for both Cibrian, 37, and Rimes, 28. The pair met on the set of the Lifetime movie Northern Lights in 2008. At the time, the CSI: Miami star was still married to model Brandi Glanville, with whom he has two boys, ages 7 and 4. Rimes was still with backup dancer Dean Sheremet. As news of the couple's affair became public, the both announced separations and went public with their new relationship in 2009.

Cibrian proposed with a 5-carat diamond in December 2010.

Lindsay Lohan is in an unmarked police car, being escorted by two other unmarked cars, on her way to Lynwood Correctional Facility just east of downtown Los Angeles.

Lindsay was ducking down in the back seat of the cruiser, covered by a white sheet, as the trio of cars proceeded from the LAX Courthouse to her final destination, where she will be booked and released.

UPDATE: Lindsay posted $75,000 after spending about 5 hours at the jail, and was released. She's due back in court May 11 for a pretrial hearing.

No wonder Lindsay Lohan was so upset earlier this afternoon -- X17online has just learned that Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced the starlet to 120 days in jail for violating her probation!

Lohan has been taken in for booking, and she has been been remanded into custody. Her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley said she would appeal the sentence, but it looks like Lilo is out of luck for now.

Judge Sautner told Lohan that should have called Kamofie & Company and notified the owners about the $2,500 necklace that she claims she borrowed, rather than waiting until the police were about to search her house. Lohan was also ordered to complete 480 hours of community service -- 360 of those hours must be completed at the Downtown Women's Center, while the remaining 120 hours will be served at the Los Angeles County morgue.

While the two vacationed in Paris, the "Bootylicious" songbird and her rap star hubby reportedly stayed at Hotel Le Meurice for $20,000 a night, according to People. Their two-story hotel penthouse suite overlooked the Tuileries Garden.

Lindsay Lohan's felony grand theft charge was just reduced to a misdemeanor, as Judge Stephanie Sautner has ruled that the offense "did not support a felony charge."

Despite DA Danette Meyers pushing for a felony, Lindsay's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley was able to downgrade the charge. Shawn noted that Lohan's alleged theft of a $2,500 necklace was "not a stealth, crafty crime," adding that the actress was in clear view of Kamofie & Company owner Sofia Kaman when she exited the store.

Holley was not able to have the charge dismissed completely, but this is a small victory for Lohan, as a misdemeanor means she will NOT be facing 3 years of jail time. However, Judge Sautner ruled that Lohan did violate her probation, so the case will move to trial and Lohan could wind up behind bars. Lohan pled not guilty to the misdemeanor charge, and sources inside the courtroom say she was visibly upset before she left.

A pre-trial date has been set for May 11, with the trial date set for June 3.
