Christina Aguilera and boyfriend Matt Rutler made their way into The Roxy last night to catch friend Linda Perry in concert. Nice Michael Jackson tank, Xtina!

The couple, both wearing hats, seemed excited to see Perry and her band Deep Dark Robot perform at the Hollywood hotspot.

Xtina and Perry have worked together in the past. The former 4 Non Blondes singer wrote several of Christina's biggest hits including "Hurt," "Candyman," "Keeps Gettin' Better" and "Beautiful."

HBO has released two trailers for its special on Lady Gaga.

Lady Gaga Presents the Monster Ball Tour: At Madison Square Garden was filmed in New York in February. From the look of the trailers, there's plenty of backstage footage of Gaga. The special airs May 7.

Gaga recently tripped over her trademark massive heels at a concert in Atlanta. Let's hope that didn't happen for her special!

The current princess of pop has been doing plenty of promoting for her new album, Born This Way, out May 23. She'll be the musical guest on Saturday Night Live for the first time in two years May 21. But is there no such thing as bad press? Gaga recently dropped several f bombs in an interview with NME magazine.

Lindsay Lohan's grand theft preliminary hearing was moved from 8:30am to 10am this morning, and the actress arrived on time and walked into the courtroom about 5 minutes ago. Lohan kept it conservative in a black top, ivory scarf, high waisted blue pants and shoes by Lanvin, and she wore her rounded brown sunglasses inside.

The 24-year-old actress is appearing before Judge Stephanie Sautner this morning to determine whether her case goes to trial. DA Danette Meyers is about to present evidence she believes proves that Lindsay should be charged with stealing a $2,500 necklace from Kamofie & Company, and as we've reported before, the hearing is expected to last several hours.

Denise Richards appeared on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live Thursday night and said she can't confirm that ex Charlie Sheen is sober, as he claims.

“I don’t know if he’s sober or not,” Richards said.

Richards also said she's not happy about Sheen’s Violent Torpedo of Truth tour, especially since she’s part of it.

"I've heard he's chosen to use me in part of his tour [material], and that's hurtful,” she said. “But that's his choice ... He can do what he wants in his show."

Apparently the two are far from friendly. “We're not in the best place right now, to be honest with you,” she said. “But I do still communicate with him.”

Mel Gibson has spoken out for the first time since last summer, when recordings of him yelling racial slurs at his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva were released and he was accused of physically abusing her.

Deadline ran the exclusive interview, but we've broken it down for you into the most telltale bits below.

When asked about the leaked tapes and whether he is racist, Gibson said:

"I’ve never treated anyone badly or in a discriminatory way based on their gender, race, religion or sexuality -- period. I don’t blame some people for thinking that though, from the garbage they heard on those leaked tapes, which have been edited. You have to put it all in the proper context of being in an irrationally, heated discussion at the height of a breakdown, trying to get out of a really unhealthy relationship. It’s one terribly, awful moment in time, said to one person, in the span of one day and doesn’t represent what I truly believe or how I’ve treated people my entire life."

Gibson spoke about the charges that he hit Grigorieva.

"I was allowed to end the case and still maintain my innocence. It’s called a West plea and it’s not something that prosecutors normally allow. But in my case, the prosecutors and the judge agreed that it was the right thing to do. I could have continued to fight this for years and it probably would have come out fine. But I ended it for my children and my family. This was going to be such a circus. You don’t drag other people in your life through this sewer needlessly, so I’ll take the hit and move on."

Jeremy Renner has been chosen as the lead in The Bourne Legacy, the latest flick in the Jason Bourne franchise.

Renner, who got Oscar nominations for The Hurt Locker and The Town, will replace Matt Damon as the lead in the franchise, though reports are that Renner will not be playing Jason Bourne. Instead, he'll be another super assassin similar to Bourne (we're guessing in case the studio wants to bring Matt Damon back at some point.) Production on The Bourne Legacy starts in September.

Renner's upcoming films include Thor, Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol and The Avengers.

Miley Cyrus couldn't help but give us a big grin while leaving Casa Vega in Studio City with her family.

Now that Billy Ray and wife Tish are back together, Miley and kid sister Noah have never looked happier!

In a recent interview with Parade Magazine, Billy Ray opened up about his wishes for Miley. He told the mag:

"My wish for her is to be happy. To love what she's doing. We've always had a slogan in our family: 'If you ain't happy, it ain't working.' You need to love what you're doing. As long as she's happy and loving making music -- and I know she loves acting -- that's all that matters."
