Demi Lovato has revealed that she suffers from bipolar disorder, People magazine reports.

The actress, 18, quit her tour and entered a treatment center in November after punching one of her dancers. Lovato says her three-month rehab stay, where she underwent therapy for anorexia, bulimia and cutting, is also where she discovered that she was bipolar.

"Looking back it [the diagnosis] makes sense," she says. "There were times when I was so manic, I was writing seven songs in one night and I'd be up until 5:30 in the morning."

Last week Lovato tweeted a message of support to actress Catherine Zeta-Jones, who just opened up about her struggles with bipolar disorder and checked into a rehab facility earlier this month.

"I feel like I am in control now where my whole life I wasn't in control," Lovato says.

Michael Lohan is not pleased that his daughter Lindsay is being passed over for the role of Victoria Gotti in Gotti: Three Generations.

Papa Lohan tells X17online exclusively:

"If Lindsay's management team comes between her and this Gotti film, or if they negotiate her out of the film, they are out of their minds. I told Lindsay she needs to fire anyone who ruins this for her.

To work with John Travolta, Marc Fiore and Victoria Gotti is a chance of a lifetime. Lou Taylor has no place in Lindsay's life or her career. She took control of Britney's life and screwed that up, and I'll be damned if she does it to my daughter."

This morning, Marc Fiore confirmed to X17online that Lindsay will not play Victoria Gotti in his film because "we could not come to a deal."

Lady Gaga will be the musical guest on Saturday Night Live May 21st, marking her first appearance on the show since 2009, MTV reports.

Gaga's latest album, Born This Way, drops May 23. She released a video via Twitter yesterday commenting on her current state as she prepares for the release. "Looking out into the darkness, I feel really fearless and strong and brave," Gaga said. She was equally deep, but not so positive when it came to discussing the early release of her single "Judas."

"A slow death," the singer said. "Just put me out of my f---ing misery, just put that sh-- out. They were tearing [the song] limb for limb. First it was the arm of the song, then the liver." Sounds like Hannibal Lecter was involved.

Gaga's video for "Judas" has wrapped, but no release date has been set.

The episode will also be Justin Timberlake's first hosting gig since 2009.

After a Los Angeles judge denied Charlie Sheen's request for full custody of his 2-year-old twins Bob and Max, the embattled actor headed to Washington D.C. for his Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat Is Not an Option tour and ripped everyone from President Obama to Sarah Palin.

"Hope you had a better f*cking day than I did," Sheen told the audience. "That's all right. My day became perfect thanks to you people." In between being heckled by audience members and cracking jokes about former Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin, Sheen mixed his bad legal news with the controversy surrounding President Obama's birth certificate.

"For starters, I was f*cking born here, how about that? And I got proof! Nothing photoshopped about my birth certificate." But would he actually run for the oval office? "[It's] something I'd have to consider because I don't know how a custody fight would work with half a f*cking first family."

Catherine Zeta-Jones has signed on to star in the big-screen adaptation of the hit play Rock of Ages.

Zeta-Jones, who recently spoke out about and entered treatment for bipolar disorder, will play a villain, a part created just for the film version. She hasn't had a major U.S. theatrical release since No Reservations in 2007.

Director Adam Shankman told The Hollywood Reporter that Zeta-Jones' character could be the love child of Tipper Gore and Anita Bryant. She is an "arch-conservative who wants to shut down rock 'n' roll," he said.

Shankman also told E! Online that Zeta-Jones will sing at least two songs: Pat Benatar's "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" and Twisted Sister's "We're Not Gonna Take It."

He said negotiations for the part began before Zeta-Jones announced she would be entering treatment, but that she told him the announcement was coming. "I had a long talk with her about it and she's in the greatest space and spirits," he said. The actress said she entered treatment in part due to the stress of her husband, Michael Douglas', cancer.

The cast of Jersey Shore is gearing up to start filming the new season in Florence, Italy, but the city's mayor wants to make sure the fist pumpers don't get out of control.

Florence mayor Matteo Renzi has issued the following rules:

- The cast will not be filmed drinking in public.

- The cast will not be filmed in clubs or bars that serve alcohol.

- The show will not be filmed to promote Florence as a drinking town.

- The show should be filmed in a manner to promote Italy (not Americans visiting Italy) and feature it’s culture and good food.

Let's see if Snooki and the gang can stay on the straight and narrow! The road to filming has been rough due to contract issues with the cast, but now that everyone has signed on, it's a go.

Khloe Kardashian is expanding her acting career beyond just her reality show Khloe & Lamar. Kim's little sis will be making a guest appearance on next Monday's episode of Law & Order: Los Angeles.

No, Khloe is not playing a dead body. She tells Ryan Seacrest that she'll be playing herself in the episode. As for the premise, her character "is under investigation for shooting her stylist for selecting a bad dress choice." Loves it!
